Good Knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cuts well and the hollow edge gives a nice release. The curvature on the Rocking Santoku is perfect for my style of cutting. The angled bolster helps with the pinch grip and since the bolster is also arched, there is less pressure on the fingers compared to a regular bolster.

rocking santuko

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] only purchased this last night so i can’t speak for longevity yet, however i’ve cut and sliced an assortment of things to test out my new knife. knife is heavy so it feels very sturdy and well balanced handle fits very nicely in my smaller sized hands. love the shape and curvature of the blade the rocking ability is pretty unique but slices so well. i’m thrilled with my purchase

Best balance for my hands

Awesome Knife

ROCK TELL YOU DROP!

This is the best multitool in my block, chopping, boning,or slicing. The blade is balanced, not to thick or long, super sharp and is holding that edge just fine. May the ZWILLING work with you!
