Great balance on this knife

Like cutting through butter

The best of both knives!
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this knife after attending a knife skills class at Zwilling HQ in Pleasantville NY. It really is terrific. Combines the chopping motion of a straight Santoku with the rock-and-push motion of a standard chef's knife. Highly recommend. At home my son used it for prepping vegetables for homemade fried rice and it was a breeze.
