[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve never used a Santoku but after trying to find a good knife for our vacation home, the sales person talked me thru a bunch of options. The Santoku is perfect! Works like my chef knives at home but chops even better. I like the weight and heft of it and will now be buying one for my other home!

My favorite knife

My favorite knife that I use multiple times per day. Perfect length and the mild rocking angle simplifies slicing and allows you to get into an efficient and comfortable rhythm. If I could only have one knife this would be it.

Beat bang for your buck!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife looked intimidating at first but it has been one of my go-to knives in my kitchen. The handle size and blade are well balanced and even though quite large, can be used for small chopping too. Love it!

Amazing do-everything knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife can really handle every task and does everything I need. I find myself rarely reaching for any other knives while preparing a normal dinner. The quality of this Zwilling exceeds my WÜSTHOF chef knife, though admittedly my chef knife is from a lower line. The only possible downside would be the weight of the Zwilling; personally I prefer some heft to my knives. Overall, the Zwilling santoku is a high recommend.
