Love my new knife

Masterful Touch

Adding this to my collection of Zwilling was a great birthday gift and will be used daily. Thanks to my darling who will benefit from it as well.

Better than Japanese

7” Pro Hollow Ground Rocking Santoku

The Rocking Blade Belly is perfect, and though it was Razor sharp out of the box, I sharpen my own blades so this is of less concern. It’s the Balance, Feel and Quality as well as the rocking profile that makes this knife Outstanding !!
