Comfortable and very easy to use!
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I could be biased from years of cutting with less than ideal knives, but i love this knife and the pro line. The way the bolster is designed makes it extremely comfortable for a pinch grip, and the shape of the handle makes the knives feel comfortable and secure in my hand. Mincing herbs is so much easier now with the rocking shape, and in general the sharp blade and design make meal prep work so much more enjoyable. My sister has cutco knives ...

sacrifice
Would Recommendstill getting used to this blade. been using a 7 inch Santoku for 15 years though similar they are different . this new knife also demanded a blood sacrifice as it bit me. i think it was not happy it was being used to cut up fruits and veggies. all said and it is a very good blade.

Favorite Knife
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this to replace an old, cheap, falling-apart, non-rock santoku I've had for many years. that thing was like a hacksaw in comparison to this. Immaculate craftsmanship, feels great in the hand, and an all around great knife for most tasks. Also comes in 5.5", grab whichever size works best for you.
