Awesome but lack of ease connecting to APP

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far the washing machine has been great. Easy to use and does a great job cleaning the clothes. The only problem I am having with it is connecting to the whirlpool app via Bluetooth and WIFI. Same for the dryer, Instructions seem easy but never work out that way. We love the product!

Loud Noise

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Makes a loud clicking sound which does NOT seem normal. Mentioned to salesperson who said he didn't know what caused it but it was ok. Really? It seems to wash ok but I am overall disappointed with my purchase. I used to have the Whirlpool Duet which was awesome. Not this time.

Great product. Reliable and Efficient

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I love this washer. I had an Electrolux and the quality of the Whirlpool product is gar superior. I actually bought the dryer three weeks before as my Electrolux broke ( drum belt) for the 5 th time. My husband had bought another Electrolux and I returned it. Problems within the first day and their customer service is terrible. The Whirydryer has been excellent as well.

Nice but lacks adequate instructions

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced a 20 plus year old front load whirlpool washer and so far it seems to work well. I am disappointed with the lack of instructions though. It only came with installation instructions. I had to search for a user guide on line searching for my exact model and the guide I found really doesn’t match my machine. I have to often do separate google searches to try to find something that addresses my questions. For example, how to change the d...

Good machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Took me a while to figure out what the wash cycles did and how they work because the paper manual that came with it was worthless and finding more detail online was not easy. Once I figured that out I like the machine, washes good, is quiet.

Great upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] About a month into our purchase and love this washer. Huge upgrade from our old top loader. Hoping the fan system makes an improvement over the potential door mold issue that front loaders experience, only time will tell.

Happy so far

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm very pleased with how it washes. My only concern is that every spin cycle has some "bumping" that happens. They are coming to check it out. It is my own mistake that I didn't check to see if it had a setting for small loads. I wish it did.

New Frontload

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that the washer is very quiet and has a lot of cycles. The clothes always come out clean and fresh. There is a bedding cycle but not one specifically for sheets. On more than one occasion my laundry pods were not fully dissolved. Overall, I like this washer and I would recommend it.
