Great Features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this a month ago, and wish I would have purchased a top load. I have to bend over so far to reach the items inside, but the washer works great.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I am pleased with the way that the machine cleans the laundry and the wash options certainly meets my needs. I am concerned about the door. It seems to be flimsy, not sturdy and perhaps create a problem as the machine ages.

Straight forward washer

Drain hose and filter

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I BOUGHT THIS WASHER BECAUSE MY OLD ONE WAS A WHIRLPOOL AND I HAD GOOD LUCK WITH IT. IT WAS 21 YEARS OLD WHEN IT QUIT. THIS NEW ONE IS A LITTLE DIFFICULT TO WORK. TO CLEAN OUT THE FILTER SYSTEM, YOU HAVE TO LAY DOWN ONTHE FLOOR AND TRY TO STICK YOU HAND INTO THE CUBICLE, UNSCREW IT ANDF PULL IT OUT, THEN PUT IT BACK. THE DOOR CAN BE ON THE RIGHT OR THE LEFT SIDE OPEN. I WISH I HAD KNOWN THIS WHEN I PURCHASED IT. I NOW HAVE TO TAKE THE WET ...

Great Washer

Steamer

Wonderful Product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Product is wonderful and meet all our expectations, We were looking some specific features, like pedestals, filter & filter access, soak feature.... Installation was ok and I got it connected to the internet in a few minutes. Everything works well. Some details (wish to have) could improve customer experience during the installation and connectivity, but overall very satisfied !

Not happy with having to hold the button down for 10sec in order for the machine to start. Cycles are take longer to wash clothes than my old machine. Seems like it just runs for hours. Wish I would have chosen a different model.

Not loving the features at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Horrible! The spin cycle on the quick cycle only spins it for 5 minutes and the clothes are still very very damp. The wash quick cycle only washes for 5 min . The normal cycle is over an hour and the clothes come out damp. I have to run the dryer at least 15 more min they I had to with my LG. Up in

Nice washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a Maytag and it was 15 yrs old when it broke down and stopped working. So we had to buy a new washer and we got this whirlpool. I like the washer and it's pretty and all but, the only thing that bothers me, is that I feel that not enough water runs in the beginning of the wash cycle, not like my Maytag did. I am not sure if less water is a good thing or not. The Fresh Flow seems to be a nice feature.
