Having a lot of issues with washer and dryer
Would Not Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had trouble a month after we purchased the washer had a repair guy out 4 times finally we asked for a new washer and within 2 days after we received the new washer we had another issue (different issue than with the first washer) had to call a repair guy (which hadn’t came yet) now we are having issues with our dryer same brand we bought both appliances together had to call a repair guy for the dryer too. Noises washer
Would Not Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Don’t understand why the washer makes several loud banging noises when in use. Sounds like someone is trying to pull our pipes out of the wall. I’ve had three whirlpools over many years and none of made this noise. Now have to call for service to come have a look.

Great all around
Would Recommend(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I've had it for a month and so far it is great. It decides how long the cycle will take depending on load size etc. So far the cycles have been much shorter than expected and with the app on my phone it will tell me when it's done which is a big help. The big drum is great for blankets, comforters, winter coats, etc. The laundry is coming out clean.
