Some things on this new machine are annoying.

I've had this machine for about 6 months now and had to call in a warranty repair! The gasket has a very thin piece on which has already torn. This causes the washer to leak water out of the door, not cool! Called in a repair and will take 4-weeks to get a new gasket in. I also don't care for the electronic panel. The delay and having to hold down the but...

Broke on the first wash

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Broke on the first use. The plastic agitator broke off and exposed rough metal that tears clothes. It probably washes fine, but hard to love a machine with cheap plastic parts that breaks immediately.

worth the invenstment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] seems to be an excellent machine after about a month of usage. quiet and cleans well. only wish it had a light on the interior drum like the matching dryer does. Also, if the buttons were backlit that would be a huge help. Thankful that whatever settings i pick on each mode stick even after i change modes and come back ( my old GE would not do that-reset everything every time).

Why no printed user manual

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The lack of a good illustrated user manual is understandable in the app age, but it would still be useful. There are functions I still haven't figured out.

No Funky Smells

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Previous front load washer and hated it. It always had a funky smell. Swapped to top load and really hated it. Never filled with enough water. Purchased this front load and love it. No smell. Really clean clothes. It's a bit noisy when leveling. Not a big deal.

Easy touch screen

Like the features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this about3 weeks ago and the wife says she is very happy with it. does a really good job of cleaning our clothes. It works a lot better than out old washer.

Just Ok

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s ok — the tub capacity isn’t that big and the king comforter didn’t come out as clean as I had expected. The only feature that I like is the pre soak option. The cycles are very long ( that includes the quick was cycle). It’s not water efficient or energy star certified.

Love the WiFi and Cycle features!

I love that it keeps tumbling your clothes if you don’t remove them right away and I really like that it adds the amount of water needed based on the size of your load! It’s quiet and the WiFi notifications are helpful for letting me know when the cycle has completed.

Not enough water to dissolve detergent.

There are no adjustable water settings or wash cycles that allow for enough water to wash properly. Glad to discuss and explain more if someone reaches out to me. Perhaps a WiFi update that increases water level a bit.

Like most features and settings. don't really like that you have to set the settings each time and they don't automatically run a sensible setting with different cycles What is with the 10 second hold all the time. Do not like at all. Seem like a waste of time and unnecessary feature and i can't see any use for it. Push and start is fine. maybe someone thought they had to add a feature...
