I decided to get a new machine so I chose this one as it was bigger than the last one. This 5.0 and it is fantastic. Does everything, steam, self dry after washing is complete, and anti bacterial gasket!!! Price was great snd I have the piece of mind knowing whirlpool is a great product. Still cannot belie...

Terrible

I wasn’t able to get it hooked up until September 26 because we weren’t able to move into our house when it got delivered we hooked it up. It poured water all over my laundry room we called the repair person came out and under warranty. The drum is cracked and it will take at least six weeks to get it repaired. I want to return it when I called and waited on the phone for an hour and a half ...

Perfect washer

I would push the power too hard and it would do a soft set, counting down from 10 to one and then I couldn’t get it to start. Finally learned to lightly touch power button and then you have to hold start down for a few seconds which I don’t like. Also, I washed a rug and it didn’t spin dry. I tried the drain and ...

Not what I expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Controls are not intuitive and there is no instruction book or instruction video. I am slowly figuring out how to do what I want. Also, laundry is quite wet after cycle ends, and again, nobeay to tweak the duration of spin cycle or ask for less wet finish. Not what I expected from high-end Whirlpool.

Does the job

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It needs light inside and it came with no instructions which makes no sense. It works decently but when I need a replacement I think I’ll go back to my top loading LG brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Machine is even better than I imagined. It has some features I still haven’t used but I’m already very pleased with the features I’ve used. My whites are coming out better than they have in years and my wash and wear finishes up like new!
