[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our new whirlpool washer. We especially like the FreshFlow Vent System. Whirlpool makes some of the best and most reliable washers and dryers on the market. The whirlpool washer and dryer we recently left behind at the house we just sold, performed flawlessly for 12 years and counting. We are expecting the same from this one. We also love the style overall looks of the washer. Very happy.

So Far, I Love It!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only had my washer for a couple of weeks. It works great. The soap/softener/bleach dispensers rinse cleanly.I tried the drying fan but i don't like that it takes 4 hrs to dry the machine. But so far that is the only cycle not liking much. I think that is just too long. Other than that I love it.

Carryover important features from old wsshers

Stupid design!!

I bought this washer about a month or so ago and wish I looked into it more. Why in God’s name would you develop a front loader washer WITHOUT an interior light?? There’s one for the dryer and none for the washer? Stupid, stupid, stupid!!!! It’s bad enough I didn’t realize that the door can’t be reversed on this washer creating more and uncomfortable work to put the wet clothes into the dryer in a very small laundry room, but I never even thought to look for the light because it would be common ...

very loud

I live in a condo with shared walls and my neighbor has mentioned that she can hear it, so I make it point not to do laundry late at night any longer. The side of the dryer gets very hot to the touch. I did not have these issues with my prevous washer and dryer (Samsung).

Simple to use

Great upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this machine for about a month. Washing with this machine takes a very long time. I have been used to washing a normal load in warm for 45 minutes, which was the recommended time for my previous machine that lasted 20 years, or 60 minutes if needed. This machine requires at least 60 minutes as a starting point. It's easy to use the selecting dial. Making alterations to the basic settings is not very easy. I do feel like the cloth...

Item was fine, Lowe's process stinks

I will not buy another product from Lowes...customer service is horrible.
