New Washer

Since then, I have made MANY calls to Whirlpool, spen HOURS wading through the myriad online resources provided by Whirlpool. But NOWHERE can I seem to get an instruction manual for this machine. Even the woman I finally got to answer the "Whirlpool line", was only interested in selling me an Extended Warranty policy. The machine does not do a complete spin cycle at the end of the wash...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought a month ago and was very concerned that the clothes were not getting wet enough. It's taking time to get used to the small amount of water used. I also realized that I need to soft reset before each load, The scent beads don't seem to be as effective as in washers that use more water. It is pretty quiet and the spin cycle is pretty powerful

Old is new part 1

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been using for a few weeks with no problem. The wife has noted she thinks it's necessary to hold the power a little longer than our old machine so there's a very slight learning curve. We're very pleased with this machine. Another plus is it doesn't have a wifi app to go with it. I feel they're just one more thing to go wrong. Just a simple non-complicated machine.

Good overall

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All good but it seems to shake a lot even with light loads . Since washer in house , it is sitting on rubber mat. Not sure if the nuts on the feet were tighten right when installed.

Not Impressed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased a new Whirlpool washer and dryer, but I'm not impressed. My old Duet set lasted 17 years, and I was happy with its performance. However, the new washer's delicate cycle failed to spin clothes effectively, leaving them dripping wet. I ended up returning the washer and sticking with my reliable old one. I'm skeptical about the new dryer's longevity.

Great for limited areas and works beautifully.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few months ago to replace a similar unit. The old unit was 10 years old and the door latch assembly accidentally got broken. We decided to buy a new unit instead of repair because of the age. We wanted an exact replacement because we were very happy with the old one and the washer and dryer were stacked. We are back in business and the new unit is working beautifully.

Not as good as previous Whirlpool front loader was

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this new washer as I had another similar Whirlpool washer that lasted a long time and cleaned everything wonderfully. This machine does not have a steam cycle and that was a great disappointment after having a machine with that feature. The door is huge, too big, and it makes a lot of noise. It does not seem to run the full length of the cycle cutting washing cycles short.

“Hassle free laundry anyone”

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine exceeds our buying expectations by a laundry list of ways. There is plenty of room to spare for large loads, saving us time to get it done.The vast number of wash cycles is helpful as well. This was a great investment. G

Nice, but needs to come with instructions!

CAME WITH NO INSTRUCTION FOR HOW TO DO THAT, AND HOW TO INTERPRET ERROR MESSAGES ON THE DISPLAY. Quick start guide says basically “Put clothes in and push START” really nothing more.
