"No water"

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had an issue with "no water" message when it comes time to rinse. If I unplug the machine for a day before I use it, I can get one complete wash/rinse cycle then the next one comes up "no water" on the rinse cycle. Frustrating to say the least.

Nice new machine!

A bit disappointed

Terrible programing

It gets stuck on "add garments" and will not proceed until you advance the cycle by pushing (and holding) the start button. It should automatically advance if no response. I do not want to wait around the machine once I have loaded and started it. And if it gets stuck on add garments you have to unplug the machine for 5 min to reset it. It got stuck several t...

So disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It shakes like crazy, since the beginning; I called to register it and the guy said he would setup a check with a technician; no one has ever called. I called the place I bought it from and they said it has to be the manufacturer since now a month has passed. In the meantime, I have a brand new washer that shakes so bad that moves all over the place and can break the water line or the dryer hose! Ridiculous!

Nothing else will do!

Quiet & Efficient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice and quiet, we weren’t looking for anything fancy just something efficient. I do miss the absence of actual push buttons. My one petty complaint is that the touch screen did not work with cold fingers after a brisk morning walk. Push buttons would have worked warm or cold. Advice: since it’s a front load if you have pets you need to wipe or vacuum the rubber seal frequently to get rid of hair. Als, wipe or leave open after each use to preve...
