Quality has really gone down over the years

Moved and wanted a new set, so went with Whirlpool again. So very, very disappointed in this new set!!! The washer absolutely will not balance itself and has a wobble no matter what I do, and if the load isn't exactly all the same items, one odd item throws the balance way off and the washer walks out of it's space and bangs in...

I need help please

Works well and quiet, but wish it used more water

I like the high speed spin because the clothes come out drier than with our old washer. I would give it 5 stars if it would use more water. I have access to all the water I could want, so have no restrictions on water usage. I question how clean our clothes are now compared to in the past. Complete Piece of Garbage!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 4th Whirlpool Front Load Washer and its TERRIBLE! Doesn't spin out hard enough, fast enough, or for long enough to drain all the water. Clothes are left way too wet. Have to turn to Drain & Spin and run that after every cycle to get clothes ready for the dryer, and they still take too long to dry. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased last month and installed last week. Both the washer and dryer work just fine. The only complaint would be the lack of the reversible door on the dryer we were told was available.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer moves, making it difficult sometimes for me to open the door because it’s up against the right hand wall. Door is not reversible. I never even thought that this could happen before I bought it. I can’t move the washer back without help. It’s also loud, but I have to say it does clean very well.

Love top loads, got a lemon
