Great washer with useful features

Doing laundry is actually fun

I was never happy with my top loading machine and when it finally “died” I decided to go back to a front loading Whirlpool and I’m so glad I did. I look forward to doing the laundry again and I believe my clothes are getting cleaner. Who knew a washing machine could bring such joy? And it’s so easy to use.

Whirlpool needs to upgrade the features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace the LG front load and I did NOT receive the same floor model, very disappointed! The rubber ring has no gap and the moisture gets trapped inside causing mildew!!!

Great so far

Works well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm glad I bought this washer. Works well so far. I have only used it a handful of times. Hope it lasts! Before I bought this on, I bought a washing machine (different brand) and after 14 months it stopped working. It was costing me a lot of money to fix it, so I just went out and bought my Maytag.

Nice washer

I've owned Whirlpool appliances in the past and they've always served me well so I'm hoping this one will too. It has just about all the laundry options you'll ever need, operates quietly and seems to be solidly built.

Ok , not my favorite whirlpool

I don’t like how I have to hold the buttons to start the washer and occasionally it even acts like it isn’t even going to start. When it first arrived I accidentally turned it off English and had to search on line to figure out how to correct..

Timer Off & Noisy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.]  I had the Duet before, so nothing stands out most with this one  It washes okay  Since November 2025  Not really – the material is flimsy compared with the Duet  The buttons are sometimes difficult to maneuver  Very noisy  Not true to timer on machine

Sad start

Works Great But Had a Minor Hiccup Right Away

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this less than a month ago, and everything was working great, but then it started giving a F9E1 error code about the drain pump. So I had to go to the Whirlpool website to look up the troubleshooting on it. I wasn't pleased that it was already having an issue; however, once I was able to drain the washer, which took a while, I was able to open the door and found that a sock had been wedged in between the door seal over the drain holes....
