New Washer, Well Worth the Money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I trust Whirlpool, I bought my first Washing Machine Whirlpool Duet back in 2010 the pump gave out ( I could've replaced the pump but my wife wanted a new washer). My wife wanted to stay with Whirlpool because how long the Duet lasted. We totally love our new washer and truly believe we will get our money's worth from our new Whirlpool Washing Machine.

Simple functionality that does the job

I am not disappointed and happy with how clean my laundry has been even with the lower water use. Glad I chose this Whirlpool model to replace my 22 yr old Kenmore that finally could not be repaired. Thank you, Whirlpool.

Good functioning replacement washer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought to fit original "duet pedestal" since dryer was replaced two years ago and we bought the matching one to fit the original pedestal, too. (original duet set was purchased in 2006). A little disappointed washer since this newer version has a knob and my original one had small LED screens/windows with lights indicating where the washing was in the cycle. I actually already completed this once.

Difficult

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this washer to replace my other Whirlpool front load which was having issues. This new one has more bells and whistles than my old one, but I am liking it all. Cleans very well.

Great machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The machine does a great job. It's nice and quiet. The only thing I don't like about it is it there's so much you have to do just to get it to start up. There are many buttons you have to push and then you have to wait.

VERY noisy

Works decently well, however the noise level is unbearable sometimes. I'm not sure what can be done, but if it is near a living space, get another washing machine.

I purchased this model without being able to see a floor model, just online photos. It came with a learning curve...how to turn it on and get things going. Overall, I am very pleased with this new machine. My biggest frustration comes from no manual that tells me how to operate and use the controls; it only comes with installation manual.

Great washer/dryer set

I have been able to wash my queen comforters without a problem. I hope they last as long as my last set. We had them for 19 years.

Great features
