operation issues

we have had this for about 2 weeks and have used it several times, first we did a quick wash it said it would take 32 min and it was done in 15 min (I do not trust it cleaned at all maybe got the clothes wet). We then used other settings like towels and it said over 1 hour and 10 min then we (seemed ok) did another load of towels same settings and it said it would take over 2 hours. We also got the dryer that goes with this and it also has the same kind of problems. We also did not get operating...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Workks well, but runs a little noisy and I would like it to spin a little faster. Loads do not spin as dry as I would like. I do like that it does not bouce around, even with a large, heavy load. I would like to be able to choose one water temp for wash and another for rinse, eg. warm wash, cold rinse.

Honest review

And it was sitting in my basement brand new for 2 months . So in 4 months it broke down. 1st it started tumbling and spinning loud enough to override any sound we had in the home. And then it went completely out. No overloading or miss use. I don't understand why we have to put up with junk and unfair prices. We couldn't afford ...

Great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this over a month ago and was a great buy! Our laundry gets washed sometimes feels quicker and better than my old kenmore. With the fast spin, laundry is less wet which helps to dry better as well. I’m really enjoying using this appliance. If only I could’ve bought it sooner!

Updated a 25 yr old Whirlpool set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced our 25 yr old Whirlpool washer and dryer set. Only negative, the start bottom is awkward and door is tough to close, feel like I have to slam it. So far it’s working fine!

Good machine, but bad installation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgraded old whirlpool washer to the new one. Machine is good to use, but just size is a little bigger than original one. So the space is a little tight. Give 4 stars due to disappointed installation service. Made many scratches on floor, stairs. The installer can’t speak English well, and hard to communicate.
