Clothes not always dry

Sometimes this washer doesn't spin enough and laundry is left soaking wet, then it takes a couple of spin cycles to rectify this (even when it's not a small load). If you have to haul this out to check hoses and the dryer is mounted on top, it's a real pain. Other than the 'normal' cycle, all cycles take quite a bit of time.

Not happy.

I bought this dryer and the matching washer just over two years ago. I never thought I could dislike an appliance but here it is. Shortly after I got it it stopped working because of an error code and it couldn't be repaired but it took two months without the use of my washer or dryer. It turned out they replaced the dryer. Machine Stopped working after 1 Month.

Please- Do not even consider this machine. I purchased my model in November 2019. By January 6 2020, it stoped working completely. It is likely that I washed in total no more than 20 loads. It is a very bad product. Stay away from this brand. Store cannot exchange because passed the 30 days warranty. I will never again will buy Whirpool products.

Great Purchase!

We have a small space that fit a washing machine and figured we could add a dryer on top but didn’t have an outside vent, so took a chance in this model. It fit perfectly in the space and saves us from a regular trip to the laundromat. It takes a bit longer to dry but is energy efficient.

Very Bad Dryer

Not really a dryer......

Easy to use.

Exceptional dryer!

This is an AMAZING dryer. Probably the best I’ve ever used. My husband & I live in a mobile home so our main reason for purchase is the fact it is VENTLESS & it’s compact. The dryer is so quiet. You can hardly hear it with a tv going. It doesn’t take any more time to dry than another modern dryer. Pre-drying clothes on clothes rack sucks

I've always had Whirlpool washers and dryers, and was very excited to find that they had a ventless dryer on the marker. Now, 7 months later I could not be more unhappy with a Whirlpool product if I tried. I have to "pre-dry" my clothes on drying racks before putting them into the dryer to have any hope of them ever getting anywhere near dry. Love the size

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the perfect size for us. There is only two of us and we are retired so we don’t need a huge washer using a lot of space and time. This fits neatly into the space we have and is very quiet. Also having the spin cycle only is a must and I use that a lot. The only thing I wish the finish signal was louder and I am not sure the water is heating on a hot wash!

Horrible Dryer

If you want to wait for 5 hours to dry your clothing this is the perfect dryer for you. Yes it is more efficient but requires have the time to dry. So really there is no savings.

Very poor design

I bought this washer & dryer combination and it is a pain to use. The computerized features are very annoying & the clock is unreliable. I wish I’d known you have to empty a tray that collects water during drying after each load. It is high up on left side. For an 80 yr old it is a bad design. Not only that there is are two lint collectors: one in the dryer and another foam pad for the heat pump. They both do the job but not user friendly! Horrible! Not what you expect from Whirlpool

This dryer takes 6 HOURS to dry towels and Whirlpool will not do anything about it. They said it’s within the standard guidelines for ventless dryers. This is the worst appliance I ever purchased. Don’t buy!

Does NOT dry clothes

I just wanted to comment that if giving 0 stars was an option, that would be my rating. The clothes are constantly left damp, even after drying for 2-3 hours. I have tried all the settings, I've read the instruction guide, changed the water conductivity, to no avail. I understand that the point of this machine is to save energy, however running one load for several hours does absolutely nothing. Awful product I wouldn't recommend.
