Don't waste your money!

This dryer is so terrible at drying clothes that we were positive something HAD to be wrong with it. Brought out an appliance guy who looked it over and informed us nothing's broken it's just a terrible machine. We are aware that you can only fill I about 1/4 full for best drying time but it doesn't seem to matter- it always takes 4-5ish hours.

Simply does not work

This dryer has never dried my clothes. I have followed all instructions and cleaned out all filters/lint, only put in small loads and still after 6+ hours the clothes are still damp and no where close to dry!! Basically steams clothes. Utterly useless.

Does not dry clothes

I moved into a new townhouse and it came with this dryer. It was smaller than I was used to but I didn't mind as I hang quite a bit of laundry anyway. This dryer is the worst I have ever used. A small handful of clothes takes at least 3 hours, and towels take double that. Plus it has to be cleaned and emptied every load. It's much faster to just hang dry clothes. Very disappointing.

stay away from this dryer! Buyer Beware!

i have purchased this dryer 2017 and have had nothing but problems since i have purchased the machine. every month it gets worse and worse! i know have to go out and just replace my washer & dryer as im so frustrated! 4-6 hours to dry a few items of clothing in just not acceptable!

Worst dryer

I wish i could give negative rating I am using this washer and dryer unit washer js eorking fine but dryer is terrible I have to dry my stuff for like four five hours every time on bulky bedding load. I wouldn’t really recommend this to anyone and should recommend to whirlpool either stop making this joke or fix this joke dryer.

I got this dryer for free and it's more of an inconvenience then a dryer, avoid it at all costs

Worst Dryer in the World

We got this dryer as part of a new-build townhouse development. Clothes barely dry after almost 2 hours on a cycle and the water tank has to be drained multiple times before clothes dry. Would recommend anyone to steer clear!

Horrible Dryer

This dryer is crap. I have owned previous ventless dryers and no doubt they aren’t as effective at drying large loads in a timely fashion. This dryer is the worst. It doesn’t dry clothes at all. Dryer 3 cloth bibs or a few tea towels takes an hour to dry. Forget about drying a towel; you’d have better luck getting a clothes line to hang your clothes in the sun. Do not waste your time with this product. If you can’t get a vented dryer and need a ventless this shouldn’t even be a consideration.

Not happy

I received this washer because the one I wanted, all in one with wifi was the machine for me, I could be at work and start may laundry and it would be dry when I got home, It broke down and after 6 weeks the technician show up with the part that whirlpool said he needed and it was still broke that part wasn't the correct part. I contacted whripool and l gave me options that none were very good, get a new washer like I had, but they did have one...

Did not come with manual!!

When we bought this dryer about 3 years ago, was great for the first year. Gradually started taking longer and longer to dry, did research and discovered the poor design around the filters and how the unreachable one behind the lint cartridge gets so clogged up, no good way to clean it. Good for Ventless..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Small dryer, works best with smaller loads and light clothes. Sweatshirt loads can take up to 2.5 hours. Hoping the efficiency on the electric bill makes up for the long drying times.

Wonderful features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been wanting a ventless dryer for a long time! Living in a condo in the middle of the building a ventless dryer was ideal. It’s perfect for smaller spaces and very gentle on my clothes.

Works great

We've had this for a few months and I'm a bit surprised at all the bad reviews. I did have to set the conductivity level to the highest setting, but it dries our clothes fine and takes about an hour and a half. It is LOUD, and I don't enjoy trying to clean the lower lint filter. But I've never had any issue with clothes not getting dried, and I'm doing laundry for a family of four, so one or two loads every day. Worst dryer ever!

We purchased this dryer for our cottage, primarily because of its size and ventless feature. I absolutely hate this dryer. Should it really take 3 1/2 hours today a load and have it still damp? It was used summer months only and after 3 summers, the control panel failed. 3 summers is about 9 months of use. REALLY??? Get extended warranty or buyer beware

Unfortunately I was one of those who bought this machine due to brand recognition. I had done some research into ventless dryers and was looking for something compact, this checked those boxes. Upon arrival, the machine worked great and for a while worked as any dryer should. Then slowly and unfortunately after the manufacturing warranty went caput is when the issues started. Dryer takes hours to dry and moisture sensing programs don't work

Faulty Filter! Needs Part No. W11382898 To Work!

Unit comes with a faulty lower lint filter housing. The design is ventless, but this requires 2 lint filters. If the bottom filter fails, then the coils in the heat pump get clogged and the unit overheats, either burning out the high-temp fuse or destroying the main circuit control motherboard. The unit ships with the noted faulty lower filter housing and this housing ALLOWS lint into the heat pump coils.
