Not happy

I bought this a month back. The dresses do not get clean on any cycle. I have tried most of the settings in the washer and none of those help in cleaning. No stains, gets removed. It could be a defective piece or its really a bad washer.

The absolute worst. Do not buy!

This dryer is a total joke. It doesn't dry anything, unless you're willing to run a small to medium load for upwards of 6+ hours. I can't believe the poor quality of this product, especially since it's from Whirlpool. Also, the terrible design means your dryer sheet constantly gets caught in the lint vent - which also needs to be emptied 2-3 times per load. Waiting on the heat pump to be replaced, after the board was replaced through warranty. Hopefully that improves things, but I am certainly n...

Terrible

We just got this dryer. I’m not sure if the ventless feature is supposed to help with efficiency but it’s terrible. Not only do I have to empty the water tray during each load, it takes over an hour to dry even a medium load. Would not recommend!!!!

We moved into a new house and brought our full sized washer and dryer with us. bad fit

We recently bought this supposedly stackable washer and dryer because of some of the recommendations we read. Unfortunately the installation by Lowes is nothing like what you see in store The dryer sits back 2 inches from the top of the washer along with the "stacking kit/drying rack" that we needed to purchase in order to stack them. This was the model that fit the space under our counter; and we decided to purchase anyway. I am gald we ingnored the reviews. This dryer works great. We are very, very pleased. It also holds a larger load than we though it would and the level of dryness is perfect - this is adjustable by the way.

Two Hours and ONE bed sheet is not yet dry

I am using this dryer for the first time tonight. I had one bed sheet to dry and now two hours later .... it is still not dry.The dryer is hot ... the bedsheet is not dry. What is my recourse considering I paid a lot of money for a product that does not do what it supposed to do? So frustrated.

dryer doesn't dry

We have the stackable combo. They look great together - super compact and really pretty. Unfortunately, the dryer does not work... AT ALL. Bedding, towels, super small loads, anything takes anywhere from 2-6 hours and then will need to hang dry. Not recommended if you're looking for a dryer to actually dry your laundry. Such a bummer.

Great Washer

We purchased this washer, and the matching venless heat pump dryer, because they will fit under the counter. The clothes come out very, very clean, and, given the high spin speed, they are close to dry after the wash cycle completes. I would recommend this to anyone, even someone not looking for a compact size washer. I am very favorably impressed so far.

I was, honestly, a bit concerned about the "ventless" technology and the longer drying time, but after using this dryer I am quite impressed. Difficult to program

The instruction manual is not very informative or understandable. I find it impossible to dry bulky items satisfactorily. It seems to take a very long time to dry any type of load.
