Works but reading manual is essential
Would RecommendI'll cut to the chase: dryer does work but reading the manual is crucial. Most important things I learned: 1. Timed Dry uses LOW heat and is for damp (not wet) items. So we never use Timed Dry and MUST rely on the Auto Cycles like Normal, Mixed, Heavy Duty, and Bulky/Bedding. This is OPPOSITE of every other dryer I've owned. 2. Water conductivity setting likely needs to be changed so clothes dry. Default is "3". Ours needed to be at "4" for the dryer to stop when clothes were dry and not befor...

I Like then Size
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i installed my new washer about a month ago. i found out that it does not need a hot water supply which could save one money in plumbing set up if i have known. i guess it makes the hot water internally & saves energy. so far so good. it's a little complicated with all the many settings & choices but it's quiet & has washed everything really well so far. i do a lot of laundry so in another few months i will really have the answer.

Good dryer for a limited space
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was searching for a stackable washer and dryer that fit into a tiny little laundry closet. I chose Whirlpool over a couple of other options based on reviews and reputation. I’m happy with my choice even going from a vented to a ventless dryer have had its own learning curve. Cons are the noise level and it’s upkeeping after each laundry day. Pros are that the door of dryer is reversal, it has a good selection of settings, and it does a good j...

Great features
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m very happy with my Whirlpool Washer dispite I was hoping it to be a bit quieter. It is a prefect fit to a “shoe-box” size laundry closet. It has a huge selection of wash cycles/temperatures for a small size machine plus it very easy to use. As a new to Whirlpool products, the simple one page quick reference guide has been handy now and then. What is great about this washer too, is that you can set the washer for your area water hardness. I ...

Most useless appliance of all time
This dryer does not dry. At all. In order to dry a small load, I have to dry things on normal (1.5 hours) and then it senses them as too dry to dry anymore despite them continuing to be wet. So I have to put them on timed dry (I choose the 3-hour option because it's the longest). Even after all of this (4.5 hours of drying), clothes are often still wet and require another 3 hours. I have troubleshooted in every way (tried all settings, change filters every time, put my clothes through an extra s...

Smart washer
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very cool how it jiggles back and forth before starting to adjust to load! I also like that I can see what’s happening throughout the cycle!

Does not dry very well
Would Not RecommendThis came with our now apartment that we bought. It's looked very nice and had lots of fancy buttons but it does not dry very well. At first we figured that we were doing something won't but it is not the case after doing multiple loads. We have set the dryer setting to 5 but it does not seem to make a difference. We have to set the dryer to dry a second time on a timed dry to get things dry enough. I'm not impressed. I could give up all the fancy options if it would dry clothes.

Does a great job of washing but lots of vibration
Would Not Recommend(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Overall, we are satisfied with the washing machine. It does a great job of washing the clothes. Our only concern is that it vibrates too much on the spin cycle. We have had the washing machine professionally installed, including balancing but it shakes the entire house even on a medium spin.

Do NOT buy!!!
Would Not RecommendWe had a stacked washer and dryer that died so we bought this dryer along with the washer. Washer works great however the dryer is awful. It does not fully dry clothes. I have tried every setting and changed the water conductivity to 5 and still no luck. Now we are out money and have a p.o.s. Dryer. I am warning you, do not buy

Good looking machine- works beautifully too
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the washing machine because it was the only one I could find that fit my space, but would buy it anyway, even if I had more space. A good looking , quiet machine.

Takes forever to dry anything
Would Not RecommendOur old Whirlpool washing machine broke down recently and when it was time to replace it, we opted to also get a new dryer. Unfortunately, this machine does a horrible job at drying the clothes. For a medium load of all cotton items, it's taking close to two hours to dry, when the same load would have been done in an hour on my old machine. We've installed according to manufacturer's instructions and triple checked everything to ensure no blockages.
