We have lived in this house 15 years and it took so long for the water to get hot in our kitchen sink. I found out about this recirculating pump and it is great! Now I get hot water quickly. Wish I would have known sooner and would not have suffered for so long. Love it

I installed this pump due to the length of time to get hot water to the far end of my house. I installed it with immediate positive results. It works great.

stopped working after power outage

Worked beautifully for 1.5 years, then a power outage of 3 hrs occured. Unit stopped woking. Spoke with watts and did all tech steps to reactivate but main motor failed. Only under warranty for one year from purchase. No ability to repair. Total loss. $200 for unti and fee for install. Dont buy Watts!

Failed after 12 years

We installed one of these 12 years ago during a bathroom remodel. Recently it stopped working. I thought it was the pump so I ordered a new unit and replaced it. Very easy to replace, just swap like for like. But we still didn't have instant hot water. I went and found the sink where the valve was installed and replaced that. Everything works again. Hot baths and showers

We had colder showers and baths before we installed the recirculating pump. Before installation, we had hot water for only a short time as it took so long to warm up the pipes and get the hot water to us before it started to mix with cold water. Now we set the timer and within a few seconds, we have hot water for the shower and bath. Wish I had done this earlier.

This pump replaced a defective one that i have had fpr 25 years. Ehen it quit i wasnt going to replace it. But it got cold outside and the water was very cold. Not sure it really saves any money but it is really nice havivg hot water right away

Very excited and very happy to have purchased this! It took me about 30 min total to install and it works even better than expected! Installing this was also better and easier than I thought, it was very easy and comes with everything you need. I really wasn't sure how well this would work especially with the plumbing layout of our house, but it works, and it works awesome! Hot water hot, cold water warm

The manifold the hot water cycles through under the sink has both hot and cold water lines connected to it. The hot now works great but the cold water is now warm and takes 15 to 20 seconds to cool off....not good.

Hot water

Although this is expensive to buy and cost to install, the unit meets our expectations to get hot water anywhere in the house very quickly. We don’t have to run the faucets for a minute or so and waste at least a gallon of water each time. Purchase is primarily a convenience for our use

Almost instant hot water

I was having to wait several minutes to get hot water to the furthest part of my house. Installation was easy and the instructions made it almost impossible to make a mistake. The only issue is it still takes a little while to get to max hot water to the furthest sink. But it is always at least warm instantly. I would recommend this product!

I thought had issue with water in my Master bath just turns out it’s the furthest place to get to from water heater. With this I now have hot water instantly (of course have timer set).

Almost instant hot water throughout my house!

Before I installed this pump, I had to let water run for over 10 mins in one bathroom and over 15 mins in my bathroom. I would turn on the sink when I got up then go make a cup of coffee and drink half before water to my shower was hot. Now I can turn on the water in my shower, undress and step into a hot shower. Amazing Product

WOW, this is one of the greatest products I have installed into the house in years. Installation took me around 1.5 hours (this includes the time I took to cleaned out the settlement in the hot water heater, perfect time to clean it out). Very easy to install (Pump and valve under the sink). Waited to try it out until the AM when the pipes were cold. This works awesome. Wish I would have installed it in my new home 16 years ago. Takes 5 seconds to have hot water in the dead of the winter on the bathroom at the other side of my 2100 sq foot home

Works great to provide (nearly) instant hot water

This device allows hot water to come 1-2 seconds where before it would take 1-2 minutes. It has a mechanical programmer and clock set. Installs easily. Only suggestion for improvement would be to provide a wifi app to set time and schedule.
