What Customers Are Saying

Customers overwhelmingly praise this hot water recirculating pump for delivering near-instant hot water, reducing wait times from 3-10 minutes to just 2-5 seconds at every faucet. Most highlight dramatic water and energy savings, with many noting they previously wasted gallons daily waiting for hot water. Reviewers consistently report easy installation in 15-60 minutes, with smart home integration capabilities adding convenience. A small number mention minor issues like temporary warming at the sensor valve or occasional pump noise, but these do not diminish the widespread satisfaction with this efficient solution.

Watts it all about

This pump is working out great. We used to wait a few minutes to get hot water to the kitchen sink and the master bathroom sink and shower. Now it is a few seconds. Because my house is a ranch and all the plumbing is accessible from the basement we were able to create a loop back to the hot water heater. Because of this, the sensor valve did not have to be installed under to furthest sink in the house. In the attached photos I show: 1) Above the hot water heater before the Watts pump was inst...

Corroded After Two Years

Would Not Recommend

I purchased this pump in Oct 2022, two years later it became completely corroded and caused arching electrical issues which thank goodness was caught by the Ting device and I was alerted before a potential electrical fire. This is the 2nd unit I've purchased from Watts and I have had consistent issues with the valves that come with the pumps causing me to replace several other the years.
