Would RecommendThis pump appears to be well made, all the components, and the instructions were fairly clear. Not always well sequenced. Installation was easy with no leaks or other complications. It has worked as advertised, hot water is now instant, vs a 3-5 minute wait previously. The only drawback is when a person wants cold water just after hot has been delivered. It takes several seconds to clear warm water from the cold line. I am very pleased with this purchase.

Would RecommendI actually bought and installed this unit 6 months ago. But I wanted to gain some experience with it before reviewing. Turns out to be one of the best purchases we've made in a long time. Our house is two stories on top of a basement. To get to the master bath, the water travels halfway across the basement, up through the first floor center wall, across the house to the outside wall and then 20 feet to the bathroom. Would RecommendI had one of these on my last house, so I got another for my new house. It is a great way to save water, which is precious in FL. Hot water without waiting, it’s instantaneous. Love it. My bathrooms are 40 ft from the water heater, so it’s a long run. Rather easy to install.

Would RecommendI should have got this product 4 yrs ago when I bought my house. Instant hot water when i want it. Easy to install, easy to program. Completely silent and works as advertized.

Would RecommendMy kitchen and 2nd bathroom is farthest away from hot water heater. It would take minutes to get hot water and caused a problem for my dish washer. The pump has worked great and we have instant hot water. My dishes are cleaner and dryer. I used a smart plug and now I tell Alexa to turn off hot water when I go to bed and back on in The morning. Saving electric,I am so glad we bought it. My husband installed it. The directions are very plain. It only took a couple hours to install.
