Lowes sold me a used item, with plumbing tape in it, and i paid retail. Not pleased at all!. Sadly this was the only one available in 4 lowes and 3 H.D stores. Ugh

Watts it all about

This pump is working out great. We used to wait a few minutes to get hot water to the kitchen sink and the master bathroom sink and shower. Now it is a few seconds. Because my house is a ranch and all the plumbing is accessible from the basement we were able to create a loop back to the hot water heater. Corroded After Two Years

I purchased this pump in Oct 2022, two years later it became completely corroded and caused arching electrical issues which thank goodness was caught by the Ting device and I was alerted before a potential electrical fire. This is the 2nd unit I've purchased from Watts and I have had consistent issues with the valves that come with the pumps causing me to replace several other the years.

Hot water…Fast!

The distance from my hot water heater to my morning shower was a five minute cold wait. The Watts Recirculating Pump eliminates the wait. Really! You can set it to run at different times during the day, or run every half hour. We are now saving water and gas. Excellent product that will pay for itself in a couple of months.

Wonderful

I love this product! It works like a charm the water is hot when you turn it on. I bought this for the bathroom on the other side of the house. Its great!

Easy installation and operation

Easy installation. Raise water temp quickly. Wish timer could be programmed wirelessly but it's easy to add one. Note that if you don't have a return line it will slightly raise temp in the cold water line which is not a big issue for us.

May be a premature review

Purchased this, against my wife’s (why do we need that) recommendations 3 months ago. I installed it while she was out getting her hair colored and grocery shopping. HW heater was set at. 130 degrees. We have a concrete slab our water pipes run through and initial temperature tests after one hours was not impressive. The second hour of operation was much better as water heater had achieved temperature and the faucet furtherest from the hot water heater achieved 110 degrees in under 7 seconds ...

It works as advertised and easy enough to install.

Everything for installation was included. The video I previewed showed what needed to be done.

Awful product. Stopped working twice in two years

This is an awful product. In the last two year the pump has stopped working and flooded our water system with a gray silica substance.

Excellent Product!

Works as described - we now have hot water at ALL sinks, tubs and showers in the house!
