Good Hot water where I really need it
Would RecommendI think this is a great product. It did a great job for most of my plumbing but not all. I would buy it again. I would suggest anyone who buys it look at their plumbing setup as you may need to buy extra units that go under your sink. I think the manufacturer should explain it with diagrams to illustrate and educate people a little better. Here is how it works from what I can see. In my case not all my plumbing was exposed but enough for me to get a good understanding. Consider the device ...
2 month pump review
Would RecommendAfter finally deciding we were wasting to much water while waiting for the cold water to turn hot, I looked into re-circulation systems. Read a few articles and decided to look for one. The lowes nearby had this model so I went and picked one up. Just as the articles and comments said, easy installation. Took me about an hour due to having to go pick up a new dielectric connector between the two different pipes for corrosion. I set the timer to run every other 15 minutes to start. After a few ho...

It works great!
Would RecommendI was a bit tough to install by-pass valve under the kitchen sink with all the piping/tubing/garbage disposal. But I now have hot water within 10 secs on my kitchen island, where as before, I needed to run my hot water for a good 4-5 minutes to get hot water to the sink. I have noticed that my cold water side is now tepid water and not "cold" but that's what they make ice for. Also on the plus side, I found the hot water from the heater goes thru my bathrooms before heading to the utility ro...

Quality Product
I have professional experience with Watts products. Good quality. It can be a little more difficult to install than shown in the videos. Works great.

Does not work as describe
Would Not RecommendWe read all the reviews and a lot of people said they get hot water from 5-10 seconds, we were extremely disappointed that ours takes 10 seconds for warm water and a additional 50 seconds for hot water which is 25-30 degrees less than what the HWH is set at. We also had to purchase a valve ($129) for under the sink to work, so not all the parts are included. It doesn't work at all in our hall bathroom. Very disappointed and does not work at all as describe by other reviews.
Timer is garbage
Would Not RecommendInstalled two weeks ago, which was easy enough for diy’s. Timer has already stopped working properly. The timer runs on a 24hr continuous cycle, but has fallen behind the actual time of day, so much that I set the timer to the correct time again today at 4:30pm, it’s now 9:15pm as of writing this, and the timer shows 5:15pm. We noticed this started happening about a week into the use of the pump, and gradually got worse. Based solely on the timer being garbage, I would not recommend the Watts...
The 'hum' as described above.
Would RecommendSuper simple to install and reasonably easy to use the control. I am extremely happy to be having instant hot water now in both my kitchen and bathroom: it's a wow! However, I have noticed an annoying 'hum' now throughout the house and so I am cautious about how joyful I am at this point. I have not shut the pump off but am considering trying that as an off/on at some point. I do hope that it resolves as I am anxious to buy another for a different location.
