Would RecommendI bought this product to paint my fence. It covered well but I noticed from the first time I started painting that paint rain out of the hole when I disengaged the trigger. It poured out all over the gun and cup. I wiped it up and then on the restart, it spattered consistently. I cannot understand why I was having so much trouble right out of the box.

gets the job done
Would Recommendthis is the first and only paint sprayer i have ever used. it does an adequate job. it took a little getting used to. i was able to figure out when to use the ispray nozzle (heavy stipple like a roller) versus the finish nozzle (very fine, light spray). it takes a while to properly clean it out after use. my complaints (or suggestions for improvement) would be: - a lock for the trigger so you don't have to squeeze it continuously. after two 1-2 hour sessions in two days, my hands were really h...
Used this sprayer with Valspar Reserve paint. It was not as easy as I had hoped to get an even coat but it turned out alright. I think it would work really well with a thinner paint or other coating, but I have not had the chance to try it yet. Clean-up was fairly easy and everything went back together very easy.

Simple to use, fast and accurate
Would RecommendI actually have the model 690, which is similar to the 590. The last time I stained my fence, which is 147 feet long, I did only one side using a manual pump garden sprayer. It took me nearly four hours. This time I used the Wagner Flexio 690. It took me 1.5 hours to do both sides for a total of 296 feet of fencing! This product is simple to use and very flexible for many painting jobs. The turbo boost unit is very quiet and the air hose is long enough to allow long stretches of painting before ...

Great for some paints
Would RecommendI have used it and works great with a water base paint, no problems at all, but, uses to much paint, if I put less paint through the nose it spits. Later I used it diluted on other wall but the color was to light. I like it because it works silent in comparison with my procoat, but I had to diluted it. It would be great if you upload some videos with the instructions and amount of water or mineral spirits to use depending on the amount of paint to use.

Worst purchase I have ever made!
Would Not RecommendI followed instructions to a "T" and still it sprayed paint in clumps, well at least it did until it stopped spraying completely!! I read reviews and decided to go forward with purchases because it seemed people didn't follow instructions. Well I did and it still didn't work. So I think it is a product issue. Some work and some don't!!

I'm sorry you had trouble using the Flexio 590. Most commonly, the issues you have described are related to alignment issues of the front nozzle pie...

Excellent sprayer
Would RecommendI have used several sprayers and the 590 is excellent. Just finished spraying 10 outdoor shutters in record time. I am wondering if I can spray concrete sealer with it?

Some may like it
Would Not RecommendThe product is all plastic which is expected in today's market. The unit is fairly easy to manage but heats up quickly. If you use Sherwin Williams Super Paint don't use it... The high quality paint is too thick and regardless of pressure settings sprays with an orange peel texture. I tried once with oil base and a second time with latex. It works fine with cheap thin paint, but if you want a good finish with quality paint, use a different sprayer. Mine will be going back to Lowes...
By far your best sprayer
Would RecommendI really love the Flexio 590 Sprayer, especially the quietness and easiness to clean. The only recommendation I have is the trigger. I would like to have a two position trigger so that in one position it locks so you don't have to hold down when spraying, then click again and it releases. Otherwise I like the sprayer. Bob Yonce

Well worth the price
Would RecommendFirst let me say, I read these reviews myself and sometimes think..... These people work for Wagner or something. I don't. I have no vested interest in this product. I have had this product for about a year now, I gave a good $30 more for mine than they go for now. I tell you the first time I used this gun I was not very happy with it, it put out way too much paint I thought and like others said the over-spray was ridiculous. I have been using it to paint the exterior of my house and garage. Ho...
Very good paint gun
Would RecommendThe only thing that would make it better were if it was cordless. Painted an 18 x12 shed half the time it would take to hand paint. Yes there was some overspray but I think that was operator error. Cleanup was fast and easy. Like anything it takes a while to get used to the performance. The paint coverage was great and the shed looks much better than before. I would recommend this to anyone who has a big painting job.
This Kit has many options to use for Painting inside or out
Would RecommendI like the speed of this Paint Gun. I was painting a Storage Shed and on the 3rd Cup of paint the Gun fell from table and hit the ground. The feed Tube broke off in the nozzle head and I had to complete the painting with the small detail gun head. When I looked in the Owners manual it showed no replacement parts for this Gun. My question why can't the Customer buy replacement parts?

average buy
Would RecommendI gave this product average buy because it will take a little time to figure adjustments. I've only used once, but I wasted a lot of paint, because when I released the trigger the paint would just dribble out of the nozzle. Again, it was me figuring how to use. Easy clean up.

got what I paid for I guess
Would Not RecommendNot too impressed, bought to paint a fence. Had to keep refilling the canister all the time and man was it a nasty thing to clean. It would be ok probably for small touch up jobs but I wouldn't recommend this to anyone who wants to do a bunch of painting.

Don't Buy This One
Would Not RecommendIt works real good out of the box for about 2 gallons of lacquer paint in the small spray gun. It was doing real good until an internal O ring failed and paint started coming out of the trigger. You can not get to or replace the O ring. I still have the larger gun that I am going to stray latex paint of some doors with. I will just have to wait for that, I'm not ready to paint doors yet. Spend the big bucks and get a real good HVLP spray system if you are spraying lacquer paints. For latex just ...

Wagner Flexio 590 is a good gun , but some issues
Would RecommendI used this gun for the first time over the weekend spraying my front patio roof and a few aluminum awnings . The gun painted a nice consistancy with latex paint , it put down a nice coating that was smooth . I also had some spatter issues though like some other people , it worked great for a little while but then started to spatter. I cleaned it out and agin it worked for little bit then began to spatter . When using it yesterday for back awnings paint started to pour out of the nozzle uncontro...

great price for a great tool
Would RecommendI'm so glad I purchased this sprayer. I painted the exterior of my 1700 sq ft house with this. It was easy to use and quick to get the hang of it. I was using acrylic latex based paint, so I needed to clean the nozzle maybe once or twice during approximately 4-5 hours of use. The sprayer starts to fatigue your arm because it's heavy when full of paint, but that's just the way these type of sprayers are. I'm glad I bought this versus renting one for $95/per day. This paid for itself in just over ...

painting got easy
Would RecommendOnly used it once, but that was the best painting experience I ever had. Probably spent more time filling the tank with paint then spray it out. No strokes just perfect even paint job and super fast. Even with full of paint it is light enough and well balanced. I let the paint dry on it what made cleaning long and annoying, but that was my fault.

Worked great, temporarily.
Would Not RecommendI picked up a 570 and used the gun for about 5 minutes. Following the factory recommended setting, it worked fantastic right away. At the end of the 5 minutes, I refilled the pot with paint and began painting again. Immediately the gun started to spatter terribly from one side of the nozzle. I pulled it apart and cleaned everything at which point I noticed the spray tip had cracks in its corners. I had to pack up, return it for a new one and start over. I finished my project with the new one and...
