A bad purchase.

I've used pro airless sprayers, and compressed air sprayers before. Cars, houses, industrial buildings. We just moved, and there's a lot of decorating to do, so I thought I'd buy the Flexio 590, based largely on what I read on the box. Bad move. paint tip problem

i used the isprayer for several small jobs. the first tip poured out paint when trigger released. received a second tip which worked well for most of one job but started leaking just like the first. received a third tip which leaked when tested with water. at this point i returned the sprayer.

Great Sprayer, Spend the Time Getting The Flow Right

I used the Flexio590 for painting 7 doors and about 300' of baseboard for my basement. It does a great job of spraying evenly and with the right paint and technique it leaves a very smooth finish on the materials you paint. Do make sure, though, that you have a big piece of cardboard or an area where you can make several test passes as you adjust both the airflow and the material trigger adjustor. Large Room painted in 1 hr no extra coats

The sprayer is great as long as you spend the proper time getting everything ready, and the painting part will be easier than the prep. I painted a large room with many angled walls in about an hour. I spent a 1.5 hr setting up and it took 20 min to clean up. To do a full days work.

Very disappointed with this product and quality of finish

Does not work as advertised

This sprayer doesn't do anything close to what's advertised. The directions are not well explained and there are too many different settings to figure out. In the end I got clumpy paint sprayed all over the trim work I bought to install in a rental property. I returned it the next day and went with the good old reliable paint brush. Don't waste your time or money on this one.

A Disaster of a Sprayer

Used the sprayer yesterday...let me rephrase...tried to use the sprayer. Paint came out in globs. Yellow plastic spraying tip broke in use. Also, fan creates heat which in turn dries and clumps paint. I will be returning this product to store. Would not recommend to anyone.

I have experience and I work remodeling houses so I decided to try this painter and retire other tools. 1st: Once you assembly the full paint container to the machine, it weights enough to drop the gym workouts. It is the best investment I could have ever made

I believe that it is one of the best spray gun that a homeowner could ever buy to be a good "DO-IT-YOURSELFER" ; however; the one thing that I have taken away from owning it is that for it to be a good tool, you must ALWAYS keep it clean and cleaned well. This is a downside because it does cause to the waste of paint.

Definitely not as good as compressor sprayer

I had a paint sprayer that came with an air compressor kit about 10 years ago. It sat in a drawer until I needed to finish my daughter's bed with it. The finish came out awesome! This was the first time I ever used a paint sprayer. I then bought the Felxio 590 because of the noise and it being able to go where my air compressor can't. Waste of money

Spurts out paint in globs when you first pull the trigger after stopping, every time. Paint also oozes out of the tip everytime you stop making a mess. I read and followed the instructions to the letter setting it up for the type of paint I was using. I was very disappointed in this product.

Read the directions!!!

Understand your equipment before use. It's as simple as that. Ripping this product out of the box like a five year old on Christmas and going straight to painting will likely lead to undesirable results. This product worked flawless for a novice like me the first time wIth five minutes of practice. This product was awesome for 5 minutes..

This thing worked great for five minutes or so, then it began surging and spurting and slinging gobs of paint everywhere. Instructions were followed to the letter and still this! Maybe good for painting a treehouse or something out side but certainly not for interiors.

Where have you been all my life?

In 66 years of backyard carpentry projects and home handymanning, my new Wagner Flexio 590 is the first paint sprayer I've ever used. Now, my only question is, where have you been all my life? One evening this week I used my new Flexio 590 to paint two big book shelves, one free standing and one built in, with all kinds of odd angles and tricky corners. I know from years of experience that jobs like this take forever with rollers and brushes. With the 590 it took 45 minutes. I'm happy!

I have NEVER reviewed a product before, but this paint sprayer left no other option than a glowing review! Quick, Easy to Use with Quality Results

I first tried the Wagner Flexio 590 sprayer on a couple of doors that needed painting. There are a few cool features right off the bat. First, it comes with a nozzle for spraying bigger items like walls and doors, AND a detail nozzle when you need a finer spray, like on furniture. Excellent product - easy to use - easy to clean and maintain

If you need a variety of coating patterns and/or detailed coatings this product is for you. The unit comes with 2 spray mechanisms that can adjusted for your particular application. I use it for exterior latex applications and really appreciate not having to thin paint before applying. The large paint reservoir holds a generous amount which minimizes the number of refills required but does add weight to the front of the unit. we had to return to store it kept stopping during use and when it started back it would spit globs of paint out. we used lowes paint in it. just doesn't work unless you thin your paint down I guess.

Good Spray System - Excellent Customer Service

Bought the Flexio 590 last month and sprayed quite a bit of interior latex primer with a little floetrol added. It would have sprayed fine without the floetrol but I am used to using it. Really good unit for DIY types who want to stay well under the $200 mark. Easy to clean since the spray head parts and nozzles are larger than the cheaper buzzy models. Overall - Satisfied

Found the Wagner Flexio 590 to be just what I needed to complete my job. I did find one drawback with the sprayer and that was the iSpray nozzle. Mine cracked on the first time I used it causing the sprayer to spit and leak paint. The folks at Wagner informed me that letting go of the trigger too fast causes the tip of the sprayer to crack.
