Worked great!!

This sprayer saved me a TON of time. I painted a 15x20 steel garage in 3 hours start to finish including clean up. I was skeptical to purchase this sprayer due to some of the reviews, I'm glad I didn't listen to the negatives. The only con I found, is the feeder tube is hard plastic and doesn't move with the paint, But that wasn't a show stopper. This sprayer far exceeded my expectations. Thanks Wagner!

Works Well

Clogs up and sputters in the time it takes to refill with more paint. Using un-thinned exterior latex. Clean nozzle between fill-ups. Plan to use more with thinned stains and paints for woodworking, hopefully it will work better.

great product for beginners

I have used an older model of a paint sprayer and was not very impressed but after using the Flexio I am very satisfied. Ran 4 gallons of stain and was shocked at how easy it was. The only enhancement I would recommend is to be able to run directly out of the gallon can instead of having to fill the gun repeatedly (not sure if this is an option or not). The clean up of this product is very simple and easy as well.

Glad I purchased this product

I am very happy with this product so far. I purchased the Flexio 590 two weeks ago and have used it three times. It does a very good job of laying down a coat of paint. I have only used exterior latex and did not have to thin the paint. The cleanup is relatively easy. It does not perform like my much more expensive machine but it does perform very well and the cleanup is much easier than my big one. I will be using the flexio for all of my smaller jobs.

PAINTS WELL ONLY ISSUE I HAD WAS THE PLASTIC CANISTER WOULD NOT UNSCREW FROM THE GUN BECAUSE THE PAINT DRIED TO FAST INSIDE THE THREADS, IT TOOK ME 1 HOUR TO RUN HOT AND COLD WATER OVER IT BEFORE I COULD FINISH MY PAINT JOB. I LEARNED THE HARD WAY NOT TO SCREW THE PLASTIC CANISTER TO TIGHT ONTO THE GUN OR THIS ISSUE WILL OCCUR. WISH THE INSTRUCTIONS STATED THAT.

I waited til I used it twice, I used the detail gun to paint some out outdoor furniture. The detail gun worked great with a great smooth finish on furniture. I than decided to use the regular end to paint the porch railings, I will say I painted them on record time, but used twice the paint I would normally have used. Read the reviews folks, they don't lie. I wish I had done that before buying this sprayer & wasting half of what could have been a very productive day. Right from the beginning I could tell something wasn't quite right. A lot of over spray & the spray was not great. But I didn't care because I was painting a fence outside. Great Value

I am not a pro so I don't buy or can I afford pro Equipment, but I got to tell ya this product works very well. I recommend you practice with it first to learn its little idiosyncrasies that I have found with all spray paint guns. The detail nozzle is awesome. If using Latex and cant complete the project all at once be prepared to clean your gun. Latex will dry quickly and clog.

Best all around sprayer

Good for most painting jobs, rough on overspray I'm just new at using this and need to work more on the adjustments.Best to use on large areas as prep and cleanup can be very time consuming. Give a good finish quality as compared to brush.

Once it is set up it is easy to use. You do need to wipe dried paint from the sprayer every now and then to keep a even spray.

Terrible spatter maker, hard to clean up

You CAN NOT break latex paint into fine particles with blowing air. An airless is necessary. I have been spray painting for over 30 years. Wagner makes some good products. This is not one of them. Spatter was all over the place. Particles were not fine like an airless. Clean up was time consuming. I thought I would save time and get a good job spraying doors latex. Neither was true. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS INFERIOR PRODUCT!

Better than previous, still not what I expected

I like this product. This is my 2nd Wagner sprayer, and this one is much better than the previous one (vaccum type box with long connecting hose to sprayer, don't know the model number). That being said, I still don't know if this is my last sprayer or the one I'm impressed enough to tell everyone about. I have issues with un-thinned latex spraying in more of a splatter pattern. Flexio 590 paint sprayer

The sprayer was very easy to use once we practiced. We were able to cover a large area in a short period of time. I would recommend to sprayer to others

Good value; however trouble with spray quality

For the price, this is a good value. It allows you to get close to coat the project to minimize overspray. The controls allow good flexibility of coverage. The biggest issue is the quality and consistency of the spray. Many times the spray would come out in splotches, which required me to wipe off the paint, take apart the spray nozzle and reassemble, then respray. Clean up is fairly straight forward with minimal pieces to clean.

This thing is amazing!!!

I didn't even want to think of painting, until I bought this product. I'm in the process of getting my house ready to sell and one of the task my wife had for me was to "PAINT" the whole interior. Very good sprayer for price

I have been a pro for 25 plus years and have owned others cheap sprayers, I also own very expensive sprayers and this Flexio 590 does a very good job for the price and If every one would read the directions and follow them they wouldn't have any of the problems I have been reading about. I also had some of the same problems but as an expert painter I checked the gun and corrected by checking the o-rings, corrected it and it worked fine. Excellent for painting the house!

Purchased this sprayer with the primary intent being to paint the exterior of my house. Based on the table behind the various models at Lowe's, this one appeared to be the most versatile for different painting jobs (inside, outside, fencing, oils, etc). Initially, the exterior latex paint went on smooth and even straight out of the can. After pausing for 10-15 minutes to reload the 22-oz reservoir, the paint started coming out unevenly, resulting in droplets that were quickly erased with a brush...

First time using Flexio 590

I just bought the unit and the first run of kitchen cupboards I was thrilled with the result and excited for the week ahead of spraying. Next day I was filling the paint pot with paint all set to go and the sprayer just spat out paint after the trigger was released. I looked at the nosel to see a crack in the cone that holds the needle. So I had to switch to the fine finishing gun and spent a lot longer spraying my kitchen. best thing ever!

I am a beginner at using paint sprayers, as a matter of fact this is my first one. I simply read the instructions and set it to what it needs to be set at and put stain on my privacy fence with ease! Goodbye paint brush this just cut this job in half! GREAT!

poorly made

The sprayer itself worked great but for the nozzle to crack after only a couple of weeks is ridiculous. It might not be as bad if you could find replacement parts but they are non existent.
