Excellent Performance

I bought this to replace an Old Wagner Sprayer that I borrowed from my Dad, that of course failed after years and years of Service! The Performance was Excellent and made painting our 12' x 16' Deck including rails and steps a lot less time consuming. I suggest that you thoroughly Clean the Gun out after every use, especially with a quick setting paint such as a Water Based Latex! I bought this product because the reviews were consistently decent and it was rated as the #3 HVLP paint sprayer. I have a woodworking business where I build small tables, consoles, etc. so I thought I would speed and improve up my painting process to improve customer satisfaction by purchasing the Wagner Flexio 590. Steep Learning Curve

I haven’t cursed a product as much as this one. It is extremely temperamental. If you are not careful it will spit, drool, dribble, drag etc. I’m not giving up on it, because it is too late for me to return it and I want to make it work. Small Jobs Use

I bought this two years ago to paint my fence and did a great job. 150' x 2 sides x 6' high. I used it for two coats. The down sides. 1. Needs practice to make perfect

I had been eyeing this sprayer for months, and received it as a gift. My basic use for it is to paint interior 6 panel doors from our rental units. For someone who hasn't used a paint sprayer before, there is a learning curve to be sure. Don't expect everything to fall in place right out of the box! Almost Electrocuted Me

I had used the Wagner Flexio 590 Sprayer to spray unthinned acrylic siding stain and the stain blew back into the turbine which covered the electric motor and caused the motor to fail. Paint was dripping out of the bottom of the handle where the electrical cord protrudes which was very close to where I was holding it. I think I was almost electrocuted. The retailer will not take it back because it is beyond their 90 day return policy. Very frustrated I bought this.

I stained and top coated the log home I'm building. The only issue was me learning the proper assembly.

Great muti tasking paint sprayer

We bought this paint sprayer for use with re staining concrete water fountains at our Nursery garden center. Twenty-four fountains later and still operates like new. Great for painting fences, stucco walls. Best thing about this kit is the two spray heads. The smaller size is great for smaller painting with finer nozzle control, while the larger head paints large surfaces quickly. Easy to clean and stores neatly in its heavy duty plastic case.

Love this thing!

Becoming a homeowner brought on a ton of new projects, many of which required painting. I got this with the hope of painting 38 cabinet doors fairly quickly. I Just tried out my flexio 590 and Let me tell you, its easy to use and clean. Im never going back to brush and roll unless its absolutely necessary. Best part is, it lays out the paint without and brush strokes or roll texture. I used it to spray my bathroom vanity and it laid out smoother than i expected. You definetaly want to strain your paint before loading it but thats just common sense. Anyhow, had to leave a review to let the world know to get this thing or one like it if youre thinking ...

Caugt fire in my hand

This thing got hot as soon as I started spraying paint. It ended up bursting into flames while i was holdig it. Burned my hand and arm severly. Lowes and Wagner should get rid of this thing before someone gets hurt even worse.

spraying vinyl siding

Did the first coat. was pretty impressed. Started the second coat about 40 minutes later. Wasn't spraying like it was before. Soaked the nozzle pieces in a bucket of soapy hot water. Gave them a little scrub, sprayed some hot soapy water thru the device and it was working good as new again. I'm very satisfied with this product. Just have to keep it clean. Not let the paint dry and its a good device.

Turbine failed after one use.

The nozzle of the detail attachment allowed paint to trickle back into the motor assembly; once this was noticed the nozzle was tightened. Sadly the turbine failed after 20 seconds the next time I took the sprayer out to use.

Poor Quality

I bought this sprayer in November 2016 for some projects that i have to do his spring/summer. During the 4th use of my sprayer, (the second time for the detail head), the nozzle repeatedly clogged I assumed to hot weather. I finished for the day and THOROUGHLY cleaned the unit. The next day the sprayer would not pick up paint. Only after I played with the sprayer nozzle for several minutes would it give me a very splotchy pattern.
