This tool is great!! Cut my painting time in half! For the price of am interior and exterior sprayer is a money saver!!!

What a disaster

I cannot express how disappointed I am with this Wagner Flexio 590. If I could rate this a minus 5, I would. Do NOT buy this Flexio Paint Sprayer. We have been remodeling our master bathroom since March 2014. I know a long time, but we had some extenuating circumstances. Finally the last leg of the remodel was to paint the vanity. Painted 2 coats on back of 2-story house in less than 8 hours

We recently added 3ft to the roof line of our home for a bathroom addition and used the 590 to paint the exterior of the house and the siding below the addition to avoid old paint not matching the new paint of the addition. It only took 3 hours to apply each coat on the back of the house which reaches up to 25ft at its peak and 18ft along the sides. Painted daughters bedroom and this sprayer work great. Easy to use, easy to disassemble for cleaning and works great while spraying.

Time saver

Our house has rough brick exterior painting it with a brush or roller is very time consuming after purchasing the paint sprayer the time of painting was cut down to a so glad we bought it only thing I would suggest sometimes we had to spray a little heavy to get into the small rough surfaces just take a paint brush or roller to smooth them out to prevent runs. Thanks to buying the paint sprayer I am writing a good review on it instead still painting with the old brush and roller.

First time use, very pleased

Its the 3rd week of September and I needed to paint the house (yes, I put it off all summer). I decided that the quickest way would be to spray the paint on. I really loved the way the sprayer worked and handled and it was great to have two different spray holders for thin and thick paint/stain. Outstanding Sprayer with Easy Cleanup

We love our 590. We are redoing a basement and painting more than 250 linear feet of cinder block wall and this painter did it easily. The results are fantastic and the level of control surprised us. Very easy to do detail painting. We ended up using it to do the walls and then we repainted about a dozen utility cabinets easy as you please. Plus the cleanup is very simple. In terms of painting equipment this is some of the best money we've ever spent and its been a significant time saver overall...

A much better product than the old "vibrating" spayers

Does a really great job....no need to thin the latex paint which is great....oly wish I had bought the one with the air supply hose..this one gets heavy with the turbine attached, Other than that I love it.

Outstanding Sprayer

I purchased the Flexio 590 this week (September 1st 2014) to spray Behr Ultra Premium Paint + Primer on a knockdown finish for a 750 Sq Foot basement project. The finished product looks very professional. As one reviewer indicated you may need to clean the sprayer thoroughly after about an hour of use as it starts to "spit" paint. What junk!

This thing was a waste of time. I used it for about 5 minutes. Globs of paint would fly out without any reason. I cleaned it up, put it back in its box and returned it. This thing is not worth the effort of taking it off the shelf and putting it in your cart!

Wagner Flexio 590

Wagner Flexio 590 ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! Spits and drools everywhere, ruined my garage floor creating more mess and more time cleaning up! Need to call this Wagner JUNK! :(( Taking this back to Lowes tomorrow! It creates big blobs of paint everywhere--do NOT BUY!!

After only six hours of use, it failed.

Only had this for apx 14 months. Used to paint a fence, two picnic tables, a fireplace, and a storage building. So, only has apx six hours of run time on it and the thing just quit in the middle of painting the storage building for the second time. The motor just completely stopped! Of course the warranty is fixed to where the item breaks just after the warranty is up! Don't buy!

Great sprayer nothing like pistons past

Its been 20+ years since I used a paint sprayer and the last one was a Wagner piston electric style (still sitting on the shelf collecting dust). Was used once and was overbearingly loud, required everything to be thinned, vibrated more than a concrete agitator and was horrible to clean. Worthless

I read the directions 3 times. The spray pattern was a small circle even though I had it set on max width. The amount sprayed was poor even though I had it on max pressure and amount. It clogged in 15 minutes. Wall had to be redone with a roller. It was a waste of time.and paint.

Fantastic results

I recently purchased this sprayer and it works great. Especially the finer sprayer that I used to apply polyurthane to a table. I don't have a work shop or a need for an air sprayer, but this works perfectly for my small projects like refinishing cabinets, tables, chairs, etc. The only thing you have to be careful of is not to start and stop the sprayer when directly above your project, it tends to spit a little, but after I learned a better method by starting before I was above the table, it wa...

This is my first paint sprayer, and I used it to paint my work shed. Like any new tool that is used for the first time I had to learn how to make adjustments as I worked, but I had no gripes or complaints with the results. Flexio 590 broken nozzle on first use

Right out of the box the sprayer was erratic, inconsistent and leaked paint everywhere. I adjusted the volume and pressure to get the pattern I desired yet each pass I made produced a different result and finish. It was impossible to get consistency. After releasing the trigger paint would continue to flow, either in spurts while under pressure and later a steady drip as the pressure in the tank bled down. Excellent at first

This is a great sprayer for latex paints. No thinning required and cleanup is a snap. However I'm on my 2nd one and it's currently out of commission. The first one worked for about a day before paint wouldn't stop coming out of the nozzle. I noticed the nozzle had cracked, so I returned it for another one. The second sprayer worked a little longer than the first before developing the same problem.

Product worked great

I purchased the flexio 590 from Lowes and stained my deck but notice during the clean up the lock on the blower is cracked. I am not sure if I did this during use or possible some returned it. I am trying to find out if I can purchase the two halves.
