It really works

I have owned one other Wagner sprayer years ago. It just would not spray latex paint so I sent it back and gave up on trying to spray latex paint. Fast forward many years and now I find this in Home Depot. After much soul searching (it ain't cheap) I decided to once again jump in and get my feet wet. Flexio 590 PAINT kit Sprayer

WOW ! What a surprise. I bought this to try since I am the run king of paint brushes. Had a project that needed a nice paint finish so, I got the Flexio 590 since I am not bad with a spray can. It gave me a professional result that amazed the client. Best of all it cleans up easier than a paint brush. I highly recommend this sprayer.

A little pricy for a handheld but worth the money

I've used this gun to paint furniture and have had no issues what so ever, cleans up very easily after use, lays latex paint with easy no thinning required very powerful blower, one hand operation with trigger flow control makes consistancy a breeze.

Great Sprayer

Works great. Did not even have to water down Latex Paint. Sprayed Valspar Latex Enamel right out of the can.

follow instructions

Bought this last week for doing some overdue porch painting. My advice is to read the instructions first. I did the porch ceiling, 25x5 in just under half hour and after masking the windows on either side of my front door, that trim took about 5 minutes. No problem with the spray pattern or the end result. So much better than using a brush. I even did the front ballisters (30) and it was a breeze compared to a brush. Wagner 590 sprayer worked fine with latex

I bought a wagner 590 sprayer to paint a popcorn ceiling. I used a latex primer / sealer. I read reviews about this sprayer with some concern whether it would push the thicker latex paint. It worked great. Never had an issue. I set the power setting to 8 and all worked fine. Easy to use and good result.

Wagner make it cheap and easy

This is the first Wagner I have owned in 20 years. Easy set up. Easy clean up. These sprayers have come a long way. I used 2-3 times much paint spraying than I could've brushing or rolling same area Never could get it adjusted to use less paint

I used to hate painting, But now I love it!

I would avoid painting at all costs, well that was true until a few days ago when I purchased the Flexio 590. Now I have been going from room to room repainting my whole house. This thing is great! Very loud, have to use ear plugs in tight places.

Started painting and was doing well. after about 5 min or so the Wagner Flexio 590 started to make a high pitch sound and the paint came out at a reduced rate. cleaned it incase of blockage but the unit was very loud with or with out the paint hopper assy attached. took it back to exchange the unit. Some learning curve

I bought this to repaint most of the interior walls of my house. So far, after 5 rooms (ceilings and all), it as worked well, though it took some getting used to. If you are used to painting with a roller and brush, spray painting will be a shock. With traditional methods I spend a small part of my time masking and most of the time painting. Try to used another material for the nozzle

Flexio 590 Nozzle leaking because of CRACK on the yellow cap. Upon using it works fine then a few minutes I noticed its leaking. So I stop and disassemble and check the nozzle,upon cleaning I found out that there is a crack on the yellow cap. Please see pictures. Any help for replacement of this nozzle part.

FAR better than I could have hoped for!

A few days ago we decided to paint the semi-unfinished basement of our house black, sounds funny but after looking at pictures online we wanted to try it. Overall great product

I needed to paint the outside of my house and wanted to spray it over roll as it is a block home and found this airless sprayer. Out of the box, this sprayer was easy to setup, fill and spray with little instruction other than nozzle adjustments. I was using a paint and primer in one and this unit had no issues drawing it up on the lowest volume setting and provided an even coat every time. First timer to sprayer gone bad

I read through user manual as I set this up. The paint spittered and spattered all over the place. When I set the gun down the paint emptied all over the floor in under a minute through the sprayer. I'm not sure what was wrong. Either I did not set it up correctly or there is a faulty part. Seemed like a pressure issue. Something wasn't seemed correctly.

Works Great for a while

This works great for a while, but is not easy to clean and replace parts are impossible to find. First few times it worked great. Every time after that it became more susceptible to spits and clogs. I tried to find replace parts for the seal, all I could find was the complete spray cup assembly

Best Paint Sprayer I've EVER Had!

I've had several paint sprayers, from Ryobi to Wagoner. The Wagoner Flexio 590 is the absolutely the best I've ever had. Easy to use, consistent spray patterns, easy cleanup are just a few of the things I like about it. With two different spray heads and paint containers it is flexible as well. it produces little to no overspray. I highly recommend this sprayer for those who don't want to have to load up a bulky airless system.
