Get's paint on what you want.

Don't expect a spray can look. But it really get' a lot of paint on what you want painted. To get that Professional look it might be better to invest in a great $20 brush. You can save a lot of money. But if you are rehabbing a house and just need to get thing covered, this is for you.

Disappointed

I've used Wagoner sprayers in the past and have been pleased. This model is cheaply made. I bought it to put a fresh coat of stain on my cedar-sided home using Flood CWF Natural Cedar. The unit would not "spray" but put the stain out in heavy splatter form. At times, it even throughout large "blotches." I tried various adjustments on the sprayer all to no avail. Very disappointed. Returning to store for a credit.

Why didn't I do this sooner?

I've been working on redoing my porch for several months. First the demo of old boards, pulling of weeds and over growth. Then the rain came. A full month of rain, then the dreaded heat, with no sign of letting up. I applied the primer by hand, took me about 40 hours, 4 hours at a time. It was painful. Then I saw a commercial for the Wagner Flexio 590. I was so excited I went out & got it two days after seeing the commercial. It took me two days, 8 hrs each day to finish my porch.

I love this sprayer! I had a Wagner sprayer *many* years ago when the technology was much less mature than it is now and was not impressed. Looking at the amount of square footage I have to paint on my house prompted me to take a look at these sprayers. I did my research and settled on this one. Much worse than just a waste of money

The waste of money rankled, but the MESS this sprayer made, bubbling, oozing, and splashing paint all over, was a disaster. I abandoned my fence painting project after one blotchy 6' X 8' panel. Clean-up took almost two hours. The instructions were useless. There were many pictures of different parts, but no cohesive assembly instructions. Definitely not written in English as a first language.

Exterior paint needs to be thinned before using. When doing a large project, paint has a tendency to dry inside then peal off and plug the sprayer. Forget painting when the temperature gets to about 90 degrees , will have to clean every time you refill.

Worked terribly.

Purchased this for some light spraying of interior latex. Gun worked terribly, leaked when you let go of the trigger and basically caused a bigger mess than it was worth. Threw it in the corner. Purchased the Wagner power roller (battery operated) which is awesome! Had a manual, trigger style until I found the battery operated. Loads with the push of a button and dispenses the same.

Buy a Graco and save yourself heartache

I paint furniture for a living (second job), so I don't need a large capacity sprayer, just a handheld. I should start by saying that if you just need to paint a few walls every now and then, this is probably fine. Not great, but fine. The overall quality is very cheap and the way that the nozzle connects to the motor is a very poor design. You must pull a very flimsy plastic tab, then rotate the motor a 1/4 turn and pull off. Stellar Results with Detailed Wainscoting & Trim

perfect for the job

Emailed Wagner directly and asked for their recommendation based on what I was doing. The Flexio 590 and above was their recommendation. It has performed flawlessly. It took next to no time at all to learn how to use. Any issues were from inexperience but quickly remedied. Used latex paint and primer for interior doors. Don't Buy, you wont get your money's worth in use

I thought this would be particularly handy to use on both project builds and my walls. I found it a little hard to use the big volume sprayer and get a constant result. I could be ok with that as I figure it is part of a learning curve to be able to set it up for one's ideal results. The problem comes for me in that I never really got to get a lot of experience. Don't buy this

This was recommended by a Lowes employee, it sprayed terrible. No smooth finish. Spits paint. I have experience with paint guns. This one is junk! A waste of money.

Works well after learning some tricks for use.

Overall worked well after learning a few tricks that are not in the manual. Lowe's does not carry replacement blower filter's.

DO NOT BUY, POOR PRODUCT

This sprayer does not work longer than fifteen minutes. It works great, and then it starts to splatter everywhere. At this point you have to get a roller to smooth everything out, take 10-15 minutes to clean out the entire nozzle assembly, reassemble, and then you can spray again for about another fifteen minutes. Absolutely Terrible

I purchased this sprayer to paint new doors and trim. The end results are less than desirable. Both sprayers do not spray a consistent amount of paint causing spattering, streaking or running of paint. While the detail nozzle worked better, I found that 4-5 coats of paint were needed to completely cover an already primed surface. Excellent for applying Rustoleum enamel paint

I purchased this spray gun after reading the Lowes and Wagner product recommendations. I used this to apply Rustoleum Primer to the under carriage of a large utility trailer. After reading the product instructions and a few test patterns on cardboard, I was applying the Rustoleum primer in a steady layer from all angles. Not Happy

My step son was not happy with the product at all. Used a lot of paint and dripping down the sides and didn't work well at all. We have heard of Wagner has really great products. We were very disappointed. Very happy that Lowes gave us a full refund.
