Wow what a difference. Our cave bathroom is no longer. It lets in so much light (even on a full moon). Guests often ask how to turn off light and it’s actually natural light. It was the best thing we did for the remodel. Looking to put more in house to lighten up.

Works great for us!

We installed a 14” sun tunnel and needed something to block the sun when it is right over the house. This worked perfectly. The only thing I wish is that the pole was a bit longer because we have high ceilings. The magnets are plenty strong (I read the other reviews and was skeptical about the product). We have had no issues. I am very happy with this purchase.

Light Tube

I had no problems with parts fitting together or onto house. This project took two days but was well worth it. This light tube brings in a lot of light, so much I find myself turning off the light when I lev the room but its not on. It looks of good quality, with time ill find out. love it so far.

Love all the light

Has the first one installed in a windowless bathroom and guest ms were constantly trying to turn off the light . Added two more to our greatroom and could not be happier with the brightness even on a cloudy day.

Installed 14-years ago!

I had 4 Velux units installed 14-years ago, and they have been excellent. I also have 3-Solatubes (in-place when we purchased), and the Velux Sun Tubes are equally as bright. In fact, the Velux tubes disperse light throughout the room better. I have had many visitors ask why I have my lights on during the day :). Yes, they're that bright! condensation problems during cold weather

we have 3 which were installed this summer. love the light, but this is our first winter with them and we've had condensation in and around the sun tunnels. there is water literally pooled up inside the tubes and we also had water dripping around the tubes during a brief warm up. we have a vaulted ceiling. not sure what the fix is, but our contractor has only suggested turning down the humidity which is already very low, about 20%.

Condensation/frost

Had a 10" installed in new construction - had installed one in previous house and was happy. With this one we're getting condensation between the diffuser and the glass/plastic immediately above it, and the tube is covered inside with frost - very little light conduction. It's COLD (-1 today) here, should the tube have been insulated, and if so with what type of insulation? Want to be happy, again!

Brilliant product

Have installed one in the dark hallway thru my house, its light as day now, am installing 2 further units in the lounge/dining area

Love the natural light!

I bought this specifically for the three areas where we have no windows a powder bath, a pantry and a hallway and I have not had to turn on the lights once during the day! They work exactly as advertised and are saving us money on our electricity bill! I highly recommend them!

Absolutely love them.

Had one installed in each of the two bathrooms. I don't use the light during daylight hours. So much light comes through.

The best solution for natural light

We had two of these installed in our upstairs hallway when we built our home in 2011, and they’re fantastic. No leaks, great light, couldn’t be happier. My only complaint is that I didn’t install more.

Fits as described. Much more insulated than my last skylight. Flashing kit fit perfect as well.

Bugs in my sun tunnel. Common or poor install?

I love my sun tunnel however have quite an accumulation of dead bugs in it. Is this common or was it poor installation causing it not to be sealed correctly? What can be done for current bugs and how to prevent more in the future?

The skylights are great. They were hard to find on line and when I did find them the picture didn't look like what I needed. It's hard to spend $700 online when you are not sure if the product is correct and there is not much time for returns and looking for a new items. They are windstorm certified. Also free delivery with pickup from the store.

Great added natural light.

We are in the mountains of North Carolina. Many trees on our property. We installed three. I am adding the photo of our hallway that used to require turning on the light!

LOVE these skylights

A month ago we had three of tube lights installed in a dark living space of our new home. That area had windows only on one side and felt gloomy. I absolutely love these skylights. The space is bathed in light now. Every time I in, I smile. The picture doesn't do it justice!

I thought I loved our home but wow!

I just finished installing our fourth light We started out with two but it's becoming an addiction The difference it has made to our home is astounding I have a construction background but anyone with reasonable skills and YouTube should be able to manage I would recommend this product to anyone that asks
