What Customers Are Saying
The product has received mixed reviews. Some users found it easy to install and functional, while many others reported reliability issues, such as the timer mechanism failing or shutting off prematurely. The installation instructions were also described as confusing and inadequate. Additionally, concerns were raised about the build quality, with the switch feeling cheap and prone to breaking. While a few customers noted the timer worked well for their needs and provided good value, the negative experiences appear to outweigh the positive ones, suggesting this may not be a consistently reliable or user-friendly option.

Would RecommendI love this light switch timer. It was very easy to install, and I expected to save me money over it’s lifetime. I installed the switch in my bathroom to regulate the ceiling bathroom fan. My family has a habit of leaving the fan on and it could suck all of the heat out of our bathroom, and not to mention the cost of running the fan. The switch is nice because you turn the timer on to your desired time and you forgot about it. It shuts off automatically. Like I said I expect this switched to sav...
It works as you think it would . . .
Would RecommendI put this in for the bathroom exhaust fan since it takes a while to clear out the steam but thought it would be nice to have it turn off after a set period. My wife tends to turn it off too soon bringing about the dreaded mildew, etc. whereas I tend to forget I left it on hours later, so a nice compromise. Okay, there are digital ones out there, but they require programming for set periods and we don’t necessarily take showers at the same times daily, particularly the weekends. I would have ...
It's a timed switch
Would RecommendNothing super spectacular. It's been working as it should for over a week now. Feels like quality materials. I got the white one, which is a really bright white. Much whiter than my walls. using it for my bathroom fan so I can time how long it takes before my legs go to sleep.
Bath timer improvement
Would RecommendI recently received the tork in wall springwound 60 minute timer and installed it in our lower bathroom to run our bathroom exhaust fan, was a pretty easy setup 3 wires and had to change to a different face plate, nothing else to do except put the faceplate on screw in the new bolts and test it out, worked fine no problems, would recommend it
One of the best mechanical switches available
Would RecommendPlenty to like about this in wall spring wound switch. Easy installation for your hard wiring needs. 60 minute timer. Would be swell if it was 120 minutes. Comes with a nice switch plate or you can sub out a decorative one. I have this hardwired to a garage light I only use occasionally but the kids just like to keep on, now they can't because they have to turn the knob and it features auto shut off. Works every time. High quality. God, solid contacts.
Work well! Nice design!
Would RecommendPlaced in master bathroom for exhaust fan. Works as described and looks nice! It's for a property I am renovating and it gives it an added feature for the buyer
Multi Use Timer
Would RecommendI decided to use the timer for my outdoor lights, but it can be used for many different things. I no longer have to wait to turn off the lights, just set it and go. The timer very accurate and super easy to install. Since it's a 20 amp switch, it can handle larger electrical load than I put on it.
Fit the bill
Would RecommendThis was exactly what I wanted and needed. I used it for the bathroom fan so I can just leave and it will turn itself off. It fit into the same slot as the switch. Just a couple of wires to splice and, voila. Done. Piece of cake. I definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a timer for fans or lights. Easy install and easy to use.
Works great and saves $$
Would RecommendI installed this in our guest bathroom for the light/fan combo a few weeks ago and love it. I highly recommend if you have kids that can’t remember to turn the lights off. I will definitely save money over time!!
Great for select rooms
Would RecommendI've often been amazed with light timers as I travel the world and stayed in many hotels. I finally received one to try from Lowes for free. Upon review of the product it works great in some and not so great in others. I would recommend this for any room that you'll need one hour or less light in without turning the knob again. It does work great in a kids room as they tend to forget to turn the lights out when they leave. If your concerned about being eco friendly I would buy this item.
Good auto-off wall switch for certain applications
Would RecommendThis seemed like a good choice for a closet we have under the staircase. We access that closet infrequently, and it's in a less-traveled part of the house, so if the light is left on, no one notices it for a while. This switch uses what is essentially a twist-to-wind kitchen clockwork timer--it sounds just like one, with the quiet, rapid tick-tick-ticking--that turns off the circuit it's attached to at the completion of its countdown. The timer requires that you set it to the 10-minute mark to s...
Installed easily and does the Job
Would RecommendTimer switch installed as easily as a regular single pole switch. Used to control exhaust fan so that it will automatically shut off in an hour or less rather than it being left on indefinably. It looks interactive but plan on replacing the cover plate to better match the color of the wall its mounted in.
Timer switch
Would RecommendGreat switch I used it on my bathroom exhaust fan to keep the moisture out long after someone takes a shower
easy to install
Would RecommendThis item was made to last and easy to install. We find this item is above other products we have used in the past.
Easy installation
Would RecommendI used this timer for a bathroom ceiling fan. I was tired of always having to come back in the bathroom to turn the fan off. This allows me to set a five minute timer and not have to worry about the air conditioning being sucked out of the room.

Need a little mechanical/electrical knowledge
Would RecommendI am a DIY and a quick look at the unit was all I needed to figure out how to install this timer. One should not try to install this if they are not handy at all. Get an electrician or a good friend with a little electrical knowledge to help you. Switch works fine. Don't be afraid to put a little pressure on it to turn it back.

Missing Terminal Screws
Would Not RecommendI do not understand why this is missing terminal screws. This only has the tabs. I inserted the wire and there was nothing to keep the wire in the hole, the holes are sloppy and loose. “Step 4, Insert stripped wire ends under pressure plate” there are no pressure plates, just open holes too big for a wire.
