Great product while it works

I love the Swiffer when it works. I have had two so far and both stopped spraying after a month or so of use. All I can do is poke a hole in the battle and squeeze the fluid on the floor. Works good that way. BTW, I have changed the batteries twice but to no avail.

Am hesitant to purchase any more bottles.

The last 2 bottles that I purchased collapsed, cracked & leaked as I was using the WetJet.

Still better than grandma mop

After a good 10 years of using my Swiffer wet jet for every floor in my apartment, Wood Vinyl tiles and ceramic tiles , it finally sprayed it's last 🫡 well well well to my surprise someone thought it was a great idea to go from 4 batteries to NOW 2 🤔 2 BATTERIES BARELY SPRAYS TAKING LONGER COME UP. Thank God the old battery holder fits the new Swiffer. 3.6 stars

Great for cleaning

This has made cleaning a breeze. It's easy to use and easy to store. I love the way my floors look after using this. I have been using mine for years.

new model is trash

what a junker. the old 6v model was awesome, this 3v one sucks! it barley sprays and its very uneven

Cheaply madr

Love the idea but it is so cheaply made that the handle separates at the slightest pressure. I am constantly have to put it back together which include the wire.

Loved it until it quit working.

I got this as a gift and I absolutely loved it until it quit working...which wasn't long after I got it. And yes I changed the batteries.

Would not reccomend this product.

I really liked this mop when it was working! But after using it for 5 or 6 times the motor no longer works. I would expect better from P & G. I have several other Swiffer products and really like them.

Worst product in the world

Used this product ONE time and it already doesn’t work. Replaced batteries and tried everything. No longer sprays. What an absolute scam

Product doesn’t last even 6 months.

I have had 2 swifter that have not more than 6months and I refuse to buy another . It is just my husband and I, so I mop every 2 weeks. I have changed the batteries, I had run the sprayers under hot water and nothing works.😐

Poor quality. Waste of money.

Worked well first time so we bought extra refills. Hardly ever used it in the first year so it was probably only the third or fourth time using it that the spray motor stopped working although the lights were on. We tried the nozzle clearing tips on Youtube but there is still no spray or sound from the motor.

the item came with a stripped screw in the handle and the handle couldn’t be opened to add batteries the whole plastic handle is cheap trash

Quality seems to be lacking in new models

I’ve had swifter wet jets for years. Most recently purchased a new one in May since the last had eventually broke. This one isn’t made as well and the handle keeps coming apart. Would love to have one that isn’t constantly separating as I’m mopping. If there’s a way to get a replaced, I would greatly appreciate it.

Sucks

What a piece of junk. After using the bottle that came with the starter kit and pads I tried to use the refill bottle. Wasted over an hour trying to get it to work but to no avail. It’s CRAP. Save your money

Broke after 5 months

Not happy. I have barely had this and the jets stopped shooting I’ve used this product before and it was fine. Now shoots it like the batteries are dead and I’ve changed them and replaced the solution

Very disappointed!!

Very disappointed!! Thought I finally found something that I don't have to spend too much time mopping the floor. The WetJet just worked for 3 months and the spray stopped working!! Now i have a whole bottle of cleaning fluid that i cannot even use.......

Jets quit working after two years

I have a Swiffer wet jet and it has worked well for about 2 1/2 years, until one day it wouldn't shoot any solution out of the jets. I could hear the batteries sending the signal and the lights still worked, but no solution. I cleaned it, checked the batteries, reinstalled the cleaning solution about 20 times, attempted to clear out the tiny jets with a pin (unsuccessfully) and finally called the hotline. Product doesn’t work

This product is awful. The solution doesn’t spray out

The Swiffer mop is easy to use.

I have had three Swiffer in within a year they are not working any longer. I do like the Swiffer mops so if I can receive a coupon for a new one with buying another, I would keep using the product.

Find another product!

Terrible product! I clean the lobby of a gym, maybe a 20x20 ft space, twice a week. The gym purchased 2 swiffer wetjets and a ton of refill bottles for me to clean the lobby. They stopped working so I purchased 2 on my own. They also stop working. This gym has 4 wetjets lots of refills and not one mop works. We have changed the batteries, cleaned the dispensing nozzle and does not work. Pointless!
