Easy and Convenient

I have owned my Swiffer WetJet for about a year now. It does a great job on the day to day mopping and little spills here and there. However I will say I don’t think it does a great job on any heavy duty spills or deep cleaning.

Effective and easy to use

I love this Swiffer wet jet. It’s quick and effective on messes. Easy to maneuver and easy to use.

Good product

This works great and simple stains and its just easy to grab this and go over it a couple of times. I would not recommend for heavier and dirtier stains but just small spills or something

Unreliable!

Have had two Wet Jet mops stop working within 6 months of purchase. (Not a battery issue) Unreliable product!!

Great product

I love using my swiffer wet jet when I don’t need to full on scrub an area but to lightly clean my floors. Works perfectly and easy to use and store.

Loved it - for one month

This is the second we have purchased. The first worked for six months, the second for 6 weeks.its a great concept but doesn’t last.

Not satisfied.

I love this product except that this is the second one I bought and the motor still works but no spray comes out on both of them. I've done all of the recommended cleaning suggestions and nothing has worked. Since I bought this approximately 6 weeks ago it looks like I'm out of luck because they only have a 30-day guarantee. I guess I'll try a different manufacturer's mop. It's a shame because I liked how it worked when it worked.

It’s great but it doesn’t last long!

I love this product when it works! I am on my third one and it always seems to last about 6 months before I have to throw it out! The first one I owned long enough to change the batteries before I had to buy a new one. I probably will not purchase another one.

A great basic

I got my starter kit when I first got my own house and didn't have a ton of cleaning supplies. The wet jet is so easy to use and does a great job on hard surfaces. I recommend this to anyone who needs to clean up light messes that require more than a broom.

Handy when needed

I’m a repeat swifter customer I’ve had this one a little over 5 years and it’s been reliable in all of my moves. I always use the unstoppable fragrance and it just leaves my floors sparkling, thanks swifter.

Good for quick messes

It's good for quick messes, I would not recommend it using as your only cleaning aid. A mop and bucket is better. I have bought 2 of these because my husband loves the convenience and he is lazy but it's broken twice where only one nozzle works. It happened twice not so I won't be buying a new once since it's so expensive. They lasted about 6 months each

Everyone needs a swifter! So easy to clean up quick messes! Highly recommend!

Yes please

I love pulling out my swiffer at all times during the day in between steam mopping my floor, especially having two kids. I need to keep my space clean.

I do not recommend this product

This product can be very helpfull. It isn exactly doing Wetjetting. Unfortunally it is Wetjetting the motor too. That gives the product a very short live time.

I WISH IT LAST LONGER, NEED TO BE UPGRADED

I HAVE PURCHASED 3 IN THE LAST YEAR, I LOVE THE WAY IT WORKS AND HOW I CAN CLEAN AT ANYTIME OF THE DAY WITHOUT HAVING TO FILL A MOP BUCKEY AND IT'S VERY GOOD FOR DOG PRINTS. MY DOG IS IN AND OUT SO I USE IT OFTEN AND I HAVE KIDS AS WELL. BUT IT STOP WORKING TOO FAST AND I'VE BEEN REPLACING THEM DUE TO LEAKS THAT RUST THE WIRES.

Poor quality parts

Product only lasted a short while before the motor quit

The need to recycle its bottles with sachet refil!

U need produce the liquid in sachets to refil the bottles. It will help the environment with throwing out the bottles when the product is finished!

Don't buy. CHEAPLY MADE.

The mop doesn't last like it used to. Recent purchase lasted 3 months. Replaced batteries with two different brands still wouldn't work. No power from the motor.

Bad design change

I used to love my wet jet. Twice in the last month. I have knocked it off of the hook where it hung and had the bottle explode. There has been some change in the design that has made a weakness in the neck of the bottle that punctures. It annoys me to have wasted two full bottles of cleaning fluid simply because the thing fell off the wall.
