Defected product

I must of bought a defected one because the top part handle keeps coming out of the socket, so I taped it. It doesn't want to spray anymore either. I just changed the batteries, so I am sure that is not what is wrong with it. The sad part is I just bought it in October 2025 so its been less than 3 months since i purchased it and been having all these problems with it and it's not like they are cheap. I can not be with Swiffer products

I have used Swiffer products for years. I have drooling dogs and the mop is a must have...for entire floor cleaning or to spot clean drops of dog drool. The dusters to a great job on lamp shades and light furniture dusting between deeper jobs. I love the extendable handle and I can reach my dining room Chandelier. I keep a stock of floor cleaning pads, floor cleaner and the floor wood cleaner.

Not what I expected

I can’t get the pads to stay attached. What a waist of money.

Mistake to purchase. It is worthless

It worked fine in the beginning but after a couple of months the cleaning pad would not adhere to the mop. It has become totally worthless. I’m very mad I spent money on this product. I have tossed it. You owe us a refund & I will question choosing any other stiffer products

Goodbye dust cloth

I use these every time I dust my home. I have glass tables and these are perfect for picking up the dust between cleanings. And they're the perfect 1st step in the deep cleaning process.

Terrible design

Cannot get the pads to stick correctly. The tape doesnt peel off right. Just a terrible design.

Honestly, this Swiffer Heavy Duty Duster surprised me in the best way. I grabbed it thinking it’d just be another basic cleaning tool, but it actually makes cleaning feel… easy? Not worth it

Not the biggest fan , the products are good at moving the dirt but not at picking anything up, i have tried all versions and pads

Solution doesn't really clean well

I thought this would be an easier option to clean doggy prints off my hardwood floors, than my O'Cedar spin mop and bucket. It's not. We have 3 German Shepherds and it's hard to keep up with dirty pawprints on the floors, but this Swiffer Mop is definitely not a good option. The solution really doesn't clean that well and you have to keep going over the dirty area over and over again, with no success. I'll stick to my spin mop with my bleach solution. Cleans dust in hard to reach places

This is a must product at my home. I have bought the one which extends and could tilt a bit. It is so easy now to keep my home clean plus to reach all those nook and corner. This heavy duty dusters are so much better than the previous ones and Cleans very well.

Sad purchase

I am sorry I purchased the Wet Jet for the same reasons stated by others. It does not clean the floor. It leaves a residue that my white socks can attest to. I also never even thought about the plastic bottle/multiple pads that I would be adding to the landfill. An overall terrible mistake.

The product does the job, but it keeps breaking

The first time I bough the suiffer i was happy with the results, however, the handle brake after using the product for only 2 months. I went and bough another one, but it lasted only one month, but the same thing happened, the handle keeps braking, and this time I was very careful on how hard I scrub the floor, however, it brakes again. I waited a couple of months, so I went I bought another one, and it just brake, after using it for only 3 weeks. That's 3 Suifers in a 6-month period. I won't be...

Stops working

When it works it’s fine, but good luck trying to change the batteries. The call center is somewhat helpful when you do have issues, but they’ll just give you the number to the manufacturer which is actually just a bot. Not helpful, probably wont re buy if i cant get mine to work.

Perfect for Car Dusting

I use it in my car to wipe off dust, and it works great! It reaches hard to get spots like vents and corners, and it actually collects the dust instead of just moving it around. Very handy to keep in the car.

Revived my FrankenSwiffer!

I like it, but it's a bit of a pain. My older model Wet Jet died, but I found the battery compartment between the bottle and handle. I replaced the four AAs, and voila! I'm back in the kitchen while my wife is sunning on the deck, wearing only a little more than her floppy hat. Thanks, Swiffer.

Product is lacking

I have bought a few. The last couple did not last at all. The concept is great. But the product is lacking. I have 2 dead swiffers that I keep trying to revive. No such luck.

it's a dud

This product worked fro a while, then even after replacing batteries, it failed to work.

Stopped working

I had it about 7 months and it just flat out quit working easier to just mop at least I know that'll work in 8 months!!
