Cleans the dirt but leaves a sticky residue

Not very happy with this product. I buy the brand name pads and cleaner and yet my floors always stay sticky - leaving me to have to re-mop them with an actually mop… making double the work. It picks up dirt yes but the solutions leaves the floors sticky and feeling unclean. Time and time again I’ve tried and it never fails to leave a sticky residue.

The Swiffer wet-jet worked exactly once! I bought this in February and it worked the first time and never again. I changed the batteries, replaced the full cleaning solution and still nothing. Changed batteries and solution again, still nothing. Ive used it by spraying a different cleaner on the floor and just using to wipe. Time to break out the mop and bucket. This is my second Wet-Jet. The first one lasted for a few years.

Product failed

The product failed for no reason. Followed all of the steps to change batteries, put in new solution bottle, etc. No power at all so no spray. Very disappointed because I have all these supplies but not a working wet jet.

Love it but not the handle

I love using my swiffer wet jet! However, every few months I have a buy a new one because of the handle!! The little clips that hold it together either break or get worn out and it comes apart while I’m trying to use it.

This product should be pulled awa from the market.

There is a flaw in the design. I purchased my swiffer wet jet less than 5 months ago and it isn't working anymore. I switched the batteries. I opened the product to further investigate and to my surprise, the wires are completely rusted. I figured that the flaw in the design is that the bottle leaks into the products internal hardware, thus short circuiting the pump. This product should be pulled away from the market and the company should refund and compensate the many unsatisfied customers.

Made my kitchen floor dangerously slippery.

The Swiffer started out nice, very handy. After several uses on the kitchen floor, I noticed the floor seemed slippery. I slipped several times, almost falling, which had never happened before. A month ago I slipped so suddenly and badly that I fell and broke my arm. I have been in great pain. I want to warn everyone that this product makes the floor TOO SLIPPERY!! Please don't use it!

Crap

Crap, a waste of money. Used it twice and it stopped squirting. Watched video on what to do, did that, changed batteries more than once, to no avail. I’m so disappointed.

Failed

The one time period I really NEEDED it and it fails miserably and stops working all together to include shooting the sprayer sprout across the room!

Not a good buy anymore, just by a mop and a bucket

Poor evolution of a product that was great. I have had my old Swiffer for several years and it used 4 aa batteries. Well, I decided to go and get a newer and streamlined one so went purchased a newer one and realized that it had used only 2 AA batteries. Poor Quality As Of Lately

My first one worked great for years. It finally fell apart. I bought a new one and it stopped working in less than a month. I emailed the company and have yet to hear back from them.

Not worth $$$$

Bought to use on my Purgo floors! Leaves disgusting sticky film on floor which has to be redone by hand! Thanks for doubling the time it takes to do my floors!

Horrible product

Horrible product and a waste of money. Bought the swiffer refills to clean and it wouldn’t work. Both bottles ended up busting and then the stupid thing decided to work. Not the first time this has happened either.

Keeps breaking and a waste of my money

Within the last six months, I have bought two swiffer because the metal peg keeps coming out when I remove the liquid container to replace it. I am done buying them. I will never own one again. This has been a waste of my money.

Very disappointed

It stopped working after a couple of months. Tried putting new batteries and did everything else to try to unplug the spray. Nothing helped. Very disappointed!!

50% satisfied

I have two Swiffer wet keys. One works great and the other doesn't work at all. It doesn't spray, even with new batteries.

Good idea if it works

Lavender wet jet refill

Lavender is such a beautiful scent for spring. I love to make my floors clean and smelling good at the same time. It's a multi-surface cleaner. Pre mixed cleaning solution works great on all finishes floor surfaces like wood, and laminate, marble, stone, ceramic tile , vinyl and linoleum. All you do is place upside down in the provided spot in the Swiffer wet keep mop. Then you will need batteries. It might come with it. But the you will hear and feel the plastic piece at the top go onto the mop...

Great idea. Waste of money.

Unfortunately the wet jet swiffer no longer sprays. I have tried replacing the batteries, soaking the head in hot water and using a pin to unclogh the sprays. Nothing has worked.

Pole connection sucks

It works well but the pole connection sucks ! It is extremely hard to disconnect. I ended up pulling hard and cut the wire that is for spray cleaner.
