Quick, easy, and effective

I am a serial mopper due to have a toddler. Instead of using my heavy duty steamer I wanted something lighter for more of a daily use and this definitely stood the test. It made my floors sparkle. I got the lavendar sent and it smells amazing. I can’t wait to leave to come back home to see how lovely it made my house smell.

A big step down from the older model

The old model uses 4 batteries and the new one uses only 2. No surprise that it only sprays out half as much solution, increasing the time it takes to clean the floor. I should have read the reviews, 409 one star ratings says it all.

Great product, but I can't use it on my floors.

While my WetJet works great the problem I have is that my dogs are allergic to your products. The scent causes a reaction to their paws and gives them discomfort. I have checked and cannot find any cleaners that does not contain scents. May I suggest that you consider selling cleaners that have vinegar and water. That is what I use to mop my floors at home. Cheap

Not worth the $ bought it about two weeks ago and the jets don’t spray now.

They're cheating customers

My best friend just sent me a new Swiffer which I wanted for a while, for my birthday! The box says 10 wiping pads. In the box there was 2 packs of 4 pads each! Why are you cheating your customers? Shame on you!

Can no longer find the multi purpose takes 4 batte

I used mine for a few months but then stopped working. I liked it enough to try to purchase again. But no luck. The one I had took 4 batteries and had lights. I have ordered and returned 3 that showed 4 batteries on the box, but when received took two batteries and had no lights. Mine was the purple multi-purpose. I would still like to have one with lights but have not been able to find one.

Dead on arrival

As with other reviewers, I'm disappointed because the wetjet simply doesn't work. I've had one for two years that worked fine until it died. The new one is dead on arrival. The old one operated on 4 batteries. This one operates (or, to be more precise, doesn't operate) on 2 batteries. I don't know whether re-engineering the product causes it not to work.

built not too last

the handle broke after less then a year be aware you cant use this product on a daily basis. I did and the handle broke.

Product does not work at all disappointed

What this product from a CVS and it does not work at all it had the right batteries and the right solution that came with the pack. Very disappointed I have tried this again with a different product and different batteries and it still does not work.

Two dead is enough

This is our second Swiffer Wet Jet. The old one suddenly stopped working. Assumed it was batteries. Replaced them, cleaned the terminals, checked the bottle, etc. Figured it was just old (had it 6 months), and it was just cheap quality. So we bought a new one. Didn't make it through the first bottler before it too stopped working entirely. Again, batteries, terminal, bottle. Reviews predating this complain about the same thing. Yalls quality control might want to add another check. I can't guess...

Be careful

Worked great for about 4 months and then it stopped spraying. I changed the batteries but still nothing not even a sound from the sprayer.

Poor quality

My old one lasted several years but quit working. So I decided to replace it with a new one which was a mistake. Use about half a bottle (few times) and it stopped working even after making sure the new batteries were good

Great Product

Great Product but every time I would go to mop my floors I would have to change the batteries to put new Duracell AA batteries in the battery department! But just today now that’s not working! I have used it for not even six months but I hope there is a way that I can just buy replacement battery department??

Thought that's just what I need!

I wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing my fourth one. Same as everyone elses reviews. Just stops working. I will not be getting another one and you need to replace all the money I spent on these. Bad product, I'm Done! I usually never review products to much, but this one just called for it.

The smell of the sprays is funky.

I tried the original and the wood floor and both smells awful. I will never ever buy this product again. It was a waste of money, and I am truly disappointed.

Does not work

Took it out of the box and it does not work. Replaced the batteries and still nothing.

The go to mop

I have been using this mop for years and couldn’t be more pleased with it. I just bought the new model a few days ago. And it’s awful. The pad doesn’t clean like this one. The head of the mop is so much bigger that it’s hard to get all those smaller spaces. This one is perfect for that. And the new formula of the cleaning spray for new mop is horrible!! Ive been nauseous with headaches for a day and I mopped it 2 days ago.The cleaner for this one seems to still be the same formula. So sorta conf...

Not a good buy!

I really like the way the Wet Jet operates. It cleans well and is convenient to use. HOWEVER, I have had three Wet Jet mops and each last ed one year or less! Seems expensive and wasteful. Very disappointed with the reliability of my Wet Jets. I have always used only the Wet Jet cleaning fluid in my mops.

Great if you want to clean your baseboards!

I have had this for about a year and I don’t use it very often. It works ok if the floor is not too dirty, but I think the plain Swiffer wet mop works better. My 2 biggest complaints are (1) the sprayer nozzles are angled up so if you are near a wall or a corner, the fluid squirts out onto the baseboard or the wall instead of onto the floor and (2) you do have to hold the button down to spray the fluid - there is no way to lock it to continue to spray. This product has a very short lifespan.

I have bought 3 of these and every one of them have had switch or some electrical problems that cause them to not spray. I have a supply of the fluids and pads that I will use by pouring the swiffer fluid into a spray bottle and use until it is gone. The pads I can give to some other poor soul that has one swiffer wetjet that still works. Then I will be on the hunt for another brand to buy.
