Stopped working

I had it about 7 months and it just flat out quit working easier to just mop at least I know that'll work in 8 months!!

Unhappy customer

Zero stars. This product is horrible for the environment and a drain on your pocket book as the plastic canister is not refillable. As such, in addition to replacing the pads forever, prepare to purchase plastic canisters for the life of the unit. That's greedy, P & G. Do better.

Just didn't last

I got another WetJet Mop to replace the one I had for many years. This one stopped working before six months was up. It worked fine, right up until it just stopped working. Changed battery. No go. Inspected it. No obvious problem just stopped working after a few months of light duty.

Practical quick and easy

Straight forward cleaning solution. Economical solution especially with young children. Grab the mop, add the pad and I’m ready to go.

Like not cleaning your floor at all

Since there is no way to rinse or wring the pad during scrubbing you are essentially just pushing the dirt around on your floor or having to use multiple expensive pads per cleaning. Though sponge mops those have dramatically declined in quality and ca be hard to find at least you can rinse the dirty water out of lhem. I can literally clean the floor, take a damp white paper towel, go over where the floor was just scrubbed and the paper towel is grey. Makes you wonder why you even bothered. ...

Amazing

Absolutely love these for cleaning the ceiling fans!! The extendable handle makes it extremely easy to go across the blades. It has a light scent that lets you know you you’re cleaning your home.

Great Mop

I got this mop on sale and i love it. I only use this mop for my daily cleaning and it works great. The kit comes with everything you need. Definitely recommend.

I love the small it’s super easy to clean with and the refill smell amazing mop up dirt from my animals and my kids. It’s great value for the price because they last forever. it’s easy to use.

SwifferWetJet fails after several months of use.

As many others have stated, my SwifferWetJet stopped spraying after 6 months. I no longer have the receipt or the box for the starter kit. have changed the batteries and cleaned the nozzles. I have also held down the spray button but to no avail. Now I am stuck with bottles of cleaning solution that I cannot use. I am very disappointed in this Swiffer product.

How do I fix this

I’m happy with my wet jet my daughter bought because I have arithritis in my hands and I have neuropathy in my feet . But I used it in my two rooms of my apartment.but when I wanted to go to do another room the pads will not stay on the bottom of it they come off when I try to use it all the sticky on the bottom came off

Good product works well to clean the floors

I have been using this Swiffer wet jet for years and I am absolutely obsessed with it. This product hold in place fairly well and the pads are very absorbent. I use these almost everyday. They are easy to use and clean the floor very well. The pads are very thick and durable. I love the scent too. Very high quality.

Smells great

I love how convenient and easy it us to use this product but I feel like it’s mostly only for quick clean ups. I don’t feel like it actually cleans my floors. Sometimes I feel it leaves a weird residue on my floors but it’s great for those quick clean ups.

I love it

I have 3 of them . Im very happy but one of them is not working anymore . Im hopeless now. The motor is working but no water is coming out 😭

Happy cleaning

Can say enough about this mop starter kit. Works really well and the mop is not heavy at all, so it’s easy to manage. Very well made so it will last a good while. I find it affordable and worth every penny.

Great accessibility

I love this product. I have a chronic illness that affects my joints and can’t carry around a mop and bucket of water so this is perfect. It’s not to heavy and I can grab it quickly and easily to do a quick clean. It’s safe to use if you have pets and it dries really quickly! Nothing worse than wet socks right!

Not bad! Perfect for any flooring!

I recently just bought this one for my brother-in-law and he loves it! It’s perfect for any flooring! Very easy to use and gets the job done! This one is a lot more durable than some of the knockoffs I’ve seen!

Sprayer stopped

I really like this product unfortunately the sprayer has stopped working, and it is outside of the 30 day moneyback guarantee, swiffer, can you please replace this product?

The Swiffer does not spray even with new batteries

Our Swiffer WetJet stopped working after we bought the blue color replacement bottle, the original bottle was brown. The spray motor does not work in spite of replacing the batteries. The Swiffer is used a few times to finish the original brown color bottle and now it is a junk. We do not recommend this product.

Certainly not worth time, effort and $$

You do realize that all's this does is push the dirt around. Yes, it will pick up dust, dog hair and other surface dirt, but as far as actually cleaning your floors? It is a bust. I used this and thought the floors still didn't look as bright as I usually got them. So I took a scrub brush and washed the same area I had just "swiffered". It was a noticeable difference. So other than getting a little exercise from pushing this thing around, it did nothing. It does not get down deep to clean...

Previous units lasted well, not this one.

Disappointed as I have been happy with the 2 previous units I purchased. This one won't spray basically spits the solution. I have cleaned the visible part with hot water and cleanser.
