I use this everyday & it’s very convenient & easy to use. Keeps my hard floor clean & this starting kit doesn’t come with many pads but I just bought more separately & they weren’t expensive. Definitely need one of these in your house if you have hard wood, or tile. Overall, it works exactly as expected, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a hassle-free, efficient way to clean their floors. 👍👍

Spray pumps breaks often

I've had to replace this thing twice...for whatever reason the spray pump gets clogged and stops working so the mop becomes virtually useless!!! THESE THINGS COST TOO MUCH TO NOT LAST !!!!!!!!

Not worth the money

Mop stops spraying after a month or 2. Bought a new 1, after a month same thing. Will not last past 2 months. Replaced batteries, tried cleaning sprayers, nothing works. JUNK!!

Doesn’t get anymore convenient

The wetjet mop is so easy to use and convenient! Good value. 4 stars because it doesn’t clean as well as a real mop but great for quick messes.

I love this convenience!

It is the easiest way to clean up a spill or do a quick clean up. It’s light enough that it doesn’t hurt my joints.

Doesn’t last

Bummed that apparently the tubes get clogged after a while and won’t spray properly, if at all. Not sure if I should bother getting a replacement… actually don’t want to but I have so much cleaning solution & pads, which I don’t want to waste🙆🏼‍♀️

UTTER DISAPOINTMENT!

NOT happy with replacement liquid floor cleaning liquid.:1) 42.2oz bottle ! 2) THIS MAKES movement USELESS to my Arthritic hands! 3.) Original worked for us ! WHY would the BIG bottle replace the original size????????? Greatly increasing the weight !!

My lid on the bottle that came with my wet jet was broken when I tried to take the lid off to refill with more liquid cleaner, now it pours our when I try to spray my floor. can I get just the bottle, without having to buy the complete wet jet?

I cannot recommend.

I can't recommend this mop if you want to have a clean floor. It's not a very economical purchase, a box of replacement wipes goes through very quickly because one wipe is enough for a very small area. Yes, it's quite hygienic to throw away a wipe and take a new one, but it's very expensive in the end. The liquid can is quite large, which affects the weight of the mop. Scent is pleasant.

Not good

I had the same problem as other people on here. I bought it and was so happy for about 2 months then it quit dispensing the cleaning solution. Very disappointed. They cost too much to quit Working After 2 months!

Swiffer needs new Quality Control Team

Swiffer, you need a new Quality Control Team. I’ve been using Swiffer products for more than 20 years. Had my first Wet Jet Mop for 10+ years. Just bought a new Wet Jet and I am very disappointed. Mop pole/handle is not as sturdy as the original. Sprayer system/tubing has persistent clogging issues. Battery pack/power is not as powerful. I would be willing to pay a little more for a better product if the cost of production has been rapidly increasing. Like I stated, had my first Wet Jet for over...

Change battery on swiffer mop

I tried to replace the batteries on the mop but can’t find my way. I removed screws at the top and at the base but can’t open it…. Help please

I have purchased 2 of the Swiffer WetJet, and both of them leaked! So frustrating!

Keeps stopping

When this works it works great. First one stopped working after 6 months (7 uses) so I bought a new one. It worked ONCE and then wouldn’t work. I bc did all the troubleshooting-new batteries, checked the connections and cleaned the sprayers and no luck.

Piece of junk

Piece of junk. Worked a total of 2 times before it died. There's a sucker born every minute. If you dont want to be a sucker, dont buy this product.

The machine just stops working.

The product is great when it actually works. I am on my 3rd wet jet mop set in just 2 months. The machine works and then just stops working. I change the batteries and nothing……won’t work anymore and I have to buy a new set up. It’s getting expensive!

Could have been great - only okay

Mops alright but impossible to store between uses. Bottle on the side paired with the layout of the pad holder and handle make hanging it up nearly impossible. Standing it up means the pad has to be removed or it dirties up the floor or it sticks to the floor. Also, refills are expensive for the amount received. We have two - one early model and one later. The later one does not spray a good pattern - it lands outside the path of the pad. Ok until one is near a cabinet or wall. Does do a good...
