Cool design!

These were cool in that you don't have to turn your bit over. The extractor will adjust down once you have your hole deep enough. Which will be a tall order for quality screws with the bit. One day the bits will be cobalt or black oxide, but not today. Overall, it is the best quality bolt extractor I've ever used. I've still been unable to do so successfully, though I'll admit that it is likely user error.

Easy out tool

This set of bids works extremely well for medium size sized bolts, and nuts that are stripped. I was able to use it on a half inch Bolt that had a broken screw. They easily screw into the chuck on a driver drill, And build of a quality material that will last for multiple use uses the conveniently store in an include included carrying case and storage case

I had high hopes

I had high hopes for this product, a drill bit and extractor all in one. When I received this extractor kit I went to work trying it out. My first try I drove an 1 1/2 inch long 7/16 lag bolt into a 2x4 stud. I worked in and out so it wasn't too tight. I was surprised that the drill bit actually started cutting pretty good and then it grabbed and started removing the bolt. So I tried the real test and repeated the process but with just driving the bolt in nice and tight. I started drilling again...

Didn’t realize how handy this tool was until I got it. You need to make sure to follow the steps to get the best results. Case is nice but rather cheap so it won’t hold up

The Speedout Pro Bolt Extractor Worked On Big Bolt

I used the Speedout Pro Bolt Extractor (finally) today, 11-5-25. The Speedout Pro arrived as a set of 3 different individual sets. One is the "Screw Extractor". Must need tool for removing damaged bolts

Speed out-pro works- does the job well

It works pretty good

My experience with speed out pro bolt extractor. This is what I would call a 50/50 tool meaning that you may or may not need it depending on the tools on hand. I do a lot of metal art and need to pull apart this old pully, and I had a frozen bolt so I figured I would give it a shot. Could not remove a bolt using this system

Simply put, I could not remove a bolt with this product. The packaging contains information that will be lost when the packaging has been discarded--why not repeat this information on the card show inside the box? The photos included tell the tale.

Nonfunctional, there are better options

The drill end does not have a flute like a drill bit so gets plugged up when only 1/8" deep. The smallest spiral stripped out and the largest chipped.

Good 1st tool vs. drastic routes

As of late I have been refreshing several frame parts on my truck and trailer and have run into stripped screws and bolts because of rust, over torquing or over zealous dealer mechanics. Not as simple as expected.

Hubby had somewhat of a tough time with the bolt extractor. The screw extractors worked perfectly, but he couldn't get this extractor to work as shown. He's not sure if there was something that was done incorrectly or why the bolt didn't come out as it should. He ended up having to figure out another way to get the bolt out. Works as needed but drill part does not cut well.

A tool you need if you have broken bolt. In this case I would use the drill end to start the drilling, then change to a real drill for most of the hole. Then switch back to the tool to finish. The drill end does not drill well. Then turn the extraction part down and remove the bolt. Lock in solid.

Super useful in case of stripped screws and bolts

I got a set of 3 types of SpeedOut Pro Extractors: Regular screw, Micro Screw, and Bolt extractors. I only used the regular and micro screw extractors for actual work, but have the Bolt extractors on hand "just in case". I have to say that these are indeed pretty high quality and work fine with my Ryobi drill. It latches on with ease (screw on reverse, forward extract). Very easy to use and gets the job done when you have something stuck.

Very Convenient

After using the speedout screw extractor, I knew exactly what I needed when I had a stripped bolt. The built in design makes it convenient to drill and unscrew without having to swap out bits.

Get out bolts

Worked just as expected. I like the case to keep it organized and accessible. This is my first experience with bolt style, so the instructions were helpful. I wish the inset in the case were the instructions. I ended up cutting them off the back of the box and sticking them in myself. A factory fit would have been better.

It did tap the bolt

I hot this product so that I can extract damages bolts fome my woodworking projects. The package is small and easy to open. The bits look sturdy. The instructions were clear. I currently do not have a damaded bolt to extract, so I sank one into some pine. The bit did drill into the bolt but I had difficulty keeping it centered. The bolt did not come out, but I think that may have been operator error.

Damaged Bolt Removal

This tool works as intended, but instructions could be more detailed to avoid using the product incorrectly. The case keeps everything organized and safe.

Brittle bolt remover

Installed lag bolt on a 2 x 4 for the purpose of testing this speed out bolt remover. Followed instructions for removing the bolt from the 2 x 4, unfortunately the remover tool fell apart when trying to remove the belt. Seems like a very low-quality product.
