Loved it..at first

Would Not Recommend

This worked wonders and I couldn't sing enough praises for it. However, one day it just decided it no longer wanted to go on carpet. I sent in a service repair ticket, hopefully will get taken care of swiftly and will be back to singing how wonderful it is.

I purchased this Vacuum a little over a year ago. Initially it worked fine but started to act up after about a year. About 18 months in, it wouldn't hold a charge at all. I contacted Samsung to try to get it fixed (either with a new battery or a new charging station). Customer Service told me to send it in to the Samsung Depot Support and Payment Center even though the 1 year warranty was over. I complied. They then just sent it back to me with no explanation or offer to fix it even though...

Suction is great....get up and go, not so much.

I had mine for about 8 months. All hardwood here with the exception of a few (3) very short pile area rugs.Powerbot could not climb onto any ofthe rugs, at all, never. I put the Powerbot on the rug, it could not move. Turned it into service, including a video, got nowhere. If you have all one level of flooring, like hardwood, it will work for you.i switched to a competitor, night and day difference.Save your money folks.

Great Vacuum but doesn't last

I've had this vacuum for about a year and it works fantastic... when it works. In the course of a year the vacuum has had an extended stay at the service center for a wheel problem that had to be fixed in the shop. Once it came back it lasted about two months and now the battery will not hold a charge. At first I thought no problem just get a replacement battery. Well the batteries are $230 + tax!!!!

I bought Rosie, as we affectionately refer to our robotic vacuum, for my Mother's Day gift 2018. Rosie saves me so much time with regular vacuuming throughout the week. As a full time working wife/mom with 3 full sized dogs, our house can get overrun with fur and dust quick but Rosie, good ole' Rosie, saves the day Monday through Friday. I purchased this vacuum a couple of months ago and it is amazing. I love the way it works around things to vacuum close to them. I cleans as far as it can, then docks itself, recharges continues to clean. So far I have not been able to create a floor map of our downstairs (open concept) but did a great job on the second floor the first try. It is especially great with getting the dob hair!

Gets stuck constantly

Would Not Recommend

Powerbot doesn’t like to vacuum the open floor. Goes straight under the tables and gets stuck. Had to send it in because wouldn’t run. I hate this vacuum and wish I never bought it. Too big and clunky. It may have a great suction but useless if it gets stuck under everything.
