Pleased - Certainly better than others

Great suction

Good vacuum

Even better

Doesn't Last

i bought two of these. both of them rapidly lost their ability to hold a charge and eventually wouldn't even stay on unless on the charger. this occurred right after their warranties expired.

Has gone beyond expectations

Powerful Robot.

Nice but drawbacks

the powerbot has done a great job of cleaning. works as advertised. it misses some rooms and gets lost when it needs to get back to the charging station.

i have tried 2 other robot vacs. this one is by far the best.

Spent more time being repaired then cleaning

this product has died and its brush warped many times. and athough it says 10 year warranty on the device - for the motor - there is no where to contact samsung for this. ridiculous!

Works better than a vacuum

I thought that this product is on the high side of price but it actually works pretty well and the design is neat. I have wooden and carpet flooring when I received this product I noticed it did a fantastic job with the carpet , it has a really strong suction that picks up anything no matter the size.
