Love it! Great power and suction. No problems with getting stuck on anything. Money well spent.

Great Suction but oversensitive and not built to last

I have been using this vacuum since mid September and while the cleaning power is exceptional and the mapping feature handy it did not live up to its price tag, The mapping feature is low tech at best, does not map the rooms super well and will combine some rooms. It has no feature to select areas in a room for it to avoid (other than put down some ugly magnetic tape). Great cleaning tool

We love our vacuum

This product really cleans floors ! Scheduled to vacuum and it does a great job. I could not connect to my phone. Instructions are hard to understand if you're not tech savvy.

Vacuum gets lost and fails

This vacuum is not ready for the real world. It fails constantly to go over a small area rug. It fails to navigate to a specified room and this command can only be done when the vacuum is charging. It can only clean small pieces of trash but first you will need to pick up larger objects. And its always getting stuck when it is cleaning. Design is too big to go under most items such as sofas, beds, cabinets.

Perfect for Everyday Cleaning

This product clears off my worries on cleaning my house. It helps me a lot especially I'm on the go all the time.

Improved Suspension

The 9350 model added counter weights to the front for improved suspension balance making traps in contact with furniture much less likely. Whether on other newer models unknown. Another unique advantage is the large wheels and better treads allowing movement on slick carpets other robots cannot handle. The only choice in some situations.

Great, but not perfect

Recently married and moved into a 2bedroom condo. Because my wife and I work long hours while our lovely king charles cavalier dog sheds nonstop at home, we wanted to find a robot vacuum to help us save time. I must say that we have NOT laid a hand on our manual vacuum since buying the powerbot. We purchased the Powerbot from Samsung over Roomba and other brands mainly because of their reputation and features. The suction power is as advertised and extremely powerful. Great Product

This is my second Samsung Powerbot. I bought the first one in January and it had an unfortunate encounter with legos. These little machines work great every day. With 2 children, 2 cats and a Great Dane it does what it says it does. It is great for maintaining clean floors. My only complaint is the brush takes a bit of a beating with everyday use. Hopefully Samsung will make replacements available soon. I appreciate the product and while a bit pricey, I think it's an excellent value.

Looks Awesome So Far

Got my powerbot and I am super excited. Have an iRobot and this thing is super quiet and looks like its built like a tank. Cant wait to give it a weeks worth of joy and see how it handles things.

Very clever machine

I was intrigued by the TV advertisement by Samsung. Instead of getting that machine, I purchased the 350 due to its superior suction. I wanted a robotic vacuum not a sweeper. Although I have no experience with competitive products, this thing is the bomb! It has incredibly clever logic in covering the floor. MAJOR FAIL - Constantly stuck on the edge of the stair - NEVER able to complete floorplan creation

MAJOR FAIL - Constantly stuck on the edge of the stair - NEVER able to complete floor plan creation. After 90 minutes of scanning, as soon as it got stuck or detects itself "lifted" or battery runs out, then whole process would be cancelled immediately. If it already spent 90minutes or 90% scanning, you will have start the process from scratch. There's no way for it to resume floor plan creation. This is a MAJOR FAIL. This is so frustrating.

Great for wood flooring& tile

Unbelievable cleaning power! If you have pets that shed hair, this is a dream for helping clean it everyday. So nice to just set a schedule or press the clean button & watch it go. Love it!!!!

Dog hair cleaner upper

We have two large dogs with an insane amount of dog hair. This thing does a fantastic job. Apart from the dustbin capacity filling up if we let it go a couple of days, this vacuum is fantastic. We avoid the capacity problem by running auto-clean while we're at work and we don't have any problems and since we use SmartThings, we can automate the process even further. The price is high, but it does a great job.

powerfull unit

The vacuum power is great, this unit picks up far more dirt and pet hair than my previous robot. The only con is it sometimes gets stuck under kitchen chairs.
