POWERbot works great easy set up very few steps to follow, happy with device, bad experience with delivery of FED-EX SERVICE aside from that item works great

far inferior to Neato Robotics vacuum

I was hoping this would be better than my Neato Robotics vacuum, but the POWERbot Turbo is much worse. Maybe it has stronger suction and a slightly bigger dust bin, but the Samsung wouldn't clean fully under a coffee table, and a few minutes later it got stuck in front of a black iron table, beeping with a C3 error (see photo).

Returned three times

I bought this vacuum less than a year ago and have had to return it three times because one wheel or the other kept breaking. Finally had to accept an exchange.

Loved if for about 7 months

When I got this unit in July of 2017, I was thrilled! I have a large ranch home with a sunken living room. The Powerbot never "fell" into the living room and cleaned the whole house daily with very few glitches. I have pets and it really made my life a lot easier as it could get the pet hair with no trouble whether on wood, tile or carpet. Loved it! A few months ago it quit being able to find the charger. It would line up correctly then back off. Even if I set it on the charger it would back off...

Doesn't clean well on edges or corners

Motor will not power on. Trying to get service to fix is maddening.

Great vacuum

Going on 30 days of using everyday since we received. It is amazing how well is cleans and manages to get the base boards as well. Of course you need to pickup items and fix cords but who doesn’t when you manually vacuum. Yes it is expensive but so far is seems to be worth the price to have clean floors. It does well on carpets but we use on turbo so it only manages to get about 30 minutes before heading back to be recharged. We have two cats and we seem to be having less issues with our allergi...

Big and bulky

Powerbot is too large to go under beds and furniture but it still insists on going and getting stuck. When I get it out it keeps trying to go back to the same place to get stuck again. It does have a very powerful suction and I’m amazed what it picks up, however, I can never leave it because it wants to clean the same places again. New to smart vacuum

I got this robot vacuum to help keep the floors clean since we have 6 animals and 1 baby. It does a pretty good job. It loves to get stuck under the dining room chairs almost every time it goes in there. The vacuum does run into the couch & the coffee table multiple times a cleaning session. STILL GETTING TO KNOW IT

A great Mother's Day gift! Straight out of the Jetson's, so we named her Rosie. Still learning how to use all the features. Wish there were better instructions included. I'll still have to use my regular vacuum cleaner occasionally to get under tables and furniture, but I know I'm going to love her!

This is my first foray into the world of robotic vacuum cleaners, so my opinion is based solely on this unit and how it has performed so far. Learning how to use the machine takes more time than expected. I wish there was more written documentation available. Much of what I have learned came through trial and error. 25 percent dependability

I have had this vacumn for two years. I spend more time removing the device from where it was stuck, trying to communicate with it, reloading the apps, uninstalling the apps, etc, then it would have take for me to just vacumn with a traditional vacumn. Have not seen one firmware update int he the two years that I have owned this device. Oh, I am an IT engineer with 20 years of experience, so not new to gadgets and network systems.

Works well on my floors

Have it set to run every other day and it seem to do a great job keeping my floor clean.

My husband purchased the Samsung Robotic vacuum for mothers day. It is what I wanted, so it's mothers Day everyday for me. I don't have to hurt my back dragging the sweeper out. It is not like other Robotic Vacuum's. The charge/ battery I wish would last longer although it sweeper SUPER GREAT. Gets ALL the dog hair and sand brought from outside. This Samsung is By Far the "BEST" Robotic Vacuum. Thank you to Samsung and my husband for buying for me.

System not mature enough

I got the K9350 bot. Its probably the best looking bot in the market. Suction is decent but is to be expected from smaller system. Where it completely lacks is in mapping a house. It does not do well in large houses, it gets confused easily with a furnished house. It got lost under the dining table, the bed and did not know how to get home. It would keep going in circles. This IS the opitimy of robot vacuums!

vacuum motor 10 year warranty vacuum has a one year warranty The number one reason that you should buy Samsung (if you can afford it) is other manufacturers don't offer the technology that Samsung offers with this Vacuum. other manufacturers offer less tech with a one year warranty. Really?

Hardworking and Determined Robo Vac

We have had this working every night for the last two weeks and are very happy with it's ability and coverage. It is connected to my Samsung smart hub and when we retire for the evening she begins her cleaning. Because of the size of our house we need to use the lowest vacuum setting, and it still does an excellent job of picking up all of our dog's hair. $270 battery only lasts 12 to 14 months

Buyer beware, the battery only lasts 12 to 14 months. costs $270 to replace IF you can find one, then it only has a 6 month warranty. As a robot vacuum cleaner its ok, but for its price and knowing every 12 months you are having a maitenance fee at a minimum of $270. Monies are probablybbest spent elsewhere and something non samsung. Their customer service is horrendous.

Long term review: Piece of Junk. Spend the money on a maid.

No longer starts. Take the cost of the product, hire maid to come in and sweep and mop once a month. I only got about 12 uses out of it before it died. Good luck if you buy it. You will need it.

Excellent performance

So far works good. Design and looks very nice. Cleaning pattern is impressive.

The BEST I have tried from 10 other robotic cleaners and I had and still have several Neatos and others to compare to. LOVE: 1.
