Sucking up the garbage in life

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just recently bought this vacuum and I absoluetly love this. Its suction power is better than any other vacuum that I have used. I would recommend this to anyone that is in need of a tough vacuum.

Great Samsung vacuum

Ready Set Clean

Must have Gadget for busy homes

Great Cleaning Robot

We have many Samsung device in my home, this robot is able integrate with other Samsung device. I have two Powerbots (R9350 and R7040). R7040 is working very well, hence, I purchased 9350 again. You can control PowerBot using WiFi and remote controller. You can connect PowerBot to wifi and then control it via your phone, Samsung TV, or other Samsung Device. App Is Terrible

I have had this vacuum for a year and it works great. I did have to send it back for a defective battery, but it works like a champ. What doesn't work is the app. I have only been able to connect to the vacuum once and since they I have never been able to log into the app and not have to reinstall the appliance. I can't change the vacuum times or settings from my phone. I have totally given up. It has now created it's own schedule times and vacuums when it wants to and we are at it's mercy...

Great vacuum for our 4 dogs

We have two of these vacuums to take care of our home; they work great. This is the newest one with more features than our last one.

Vacuum works great but features suck

Bought this at a whole sale club. Looked a reviews before buying saw that it had great reviews. Also liked the fact it was advertised as ‘room mapping.’ Now that I have it home....no room mapping and app sucks! Do more research if this feature is what you want. But the l like the model.

POWERbot 9350 Series

The POWERbot 9350 series arrived a few days ago and we've used it twice. Set up was easy and connecting it to SmartThings was seamless. It did take me awhile to figure out how to create a floorplan but that was user error. A great feature is the schedule setting feature. Great product

Working night shift is leaving me pretty exhausted. The last thing I want to do coming home from work is to vacuum. My POWERbot is an excellent help. From the design to the way it works; everything is fantastic. I am very thankful. I wish, I got it sooner. This vacuum just knows what to do. It cleans beautifully. Samsung is simply the best!

Powerful but...

Bought this in Oct and it exceeded my expectations. Two months later, suction is still powerful but it just goes around in circles like it is stuck in an invisible box. The only way for me it to move to a different direction is to point the controller to the direction I want it to go and I have to be no more than 4 feet from the vacuum to do that. I loved this vacuum in the beginning, now not so much. After a while I got sick of babysitting it. It gets hung up way too often! It has never cleaned for a reasonable length of time (under 20 min....about one room) on high suction. Now all it does is run backwards and in circles. WAY too much money for the pain it has become.

Worked great at first

Vacuum leaves a ton of dog hair in carpet. Very disappointed

I bought this model right before Thanksgiving. It has worked as advertised. No issues with WIFI or floor coverage. Way better than my older model Roomba Having said that I am concerned about the battery life and have done research on this. 238.00 is very high for a battery replacement that you can get ONLY from Samsung. Also I would like to know if they are ever going to make skins for the units as they do tend to bump every now and then into things.

Not happy and would never purchase another

After researching these type products I felt the Powerbot would do the best job, having 3 dogs. When the unit works properly, I do give it credit for suction and cleaning. That I'll give to Samsung but that's about it. The machine can never find its home platform and it's in the wide open. The unit constantly gets stuck in areas it never should. Poor Battery Life!

I bought model ST2AK9350WK for a Christmas gift last year and the battery is already failing to keep a charge. Vacuum will last no more than 10 minutes and then it takes days to recharge!!!
