Time and Labor Saver

We greatly anticipated the arrival of Robby Robo. After he finally arrived, it was easy to set up. It was amazing how much dirt he picked up from the floor. We have a cat, so Robby picked up a huge amount of detritus from the cat and from us. He cleans in a very methodical pattern. The receptacle is easy to dump and to wash after Robby runs a stint. A stint in our house consists of three sessions separated by 2-1/2 hour recharges; he cleans for about 1/2 hour because he runs mostly at full throt...

Excellent performance, unfortunately keeps getting errors and malfunctions

When it works, it works great. The main problem that it works fine for 2 weeks then It will show an error that requires to send it to the warranty. It stays about 2-3 weeks in the warranty before it gets sent back. So far I had to send it to warranty 3 times in 3 months period.

Great robot vacuum except ...

I can’t get it to work properly with the app. I can’t get it to map the rooms in the house. It randomly starts where it wants and doesn’t complete a rooms. The suction is great, it knows to go get charged. I have heard it’s capable of mapping etc I wish I could get it to work with all the features that it has.

error code C02 (debris in left drive wheel

had to send it back for warranty repair for error code C02. then 3 months later same problem. took apart (since out of warranty 13 months after purchase) no debris anywhere on the wheel or in the housing yet it refuses to run and stops with error code C02 and beeping and beeping and beeping

Time Saver

Love it. Timesaver. Picks up dust, pet hair, and anything else on the floor. I've had it now for 4months, it gets used at least twice a week. Have not had any issues. It cleans against the walls very well. All the features work very well. No problems with the wifi. The only negative is the magnetic strip did not stop the vacuum from entering a location. Highly recommend this product.

This product has good suction

This product is great if you have pets, helps keep up with pet hair control. Love coming home to a vacuumed house.

1 Year after Warranty expired

1 year after warranty expired the suction motor failed

Only worked for 6 weeks. In for service the 2nd time

Unit worked great for the first 6 weeks, then starting making an awful noise. Sent in for service, received it back and still making the grinding and clicking noise. Now in for service the 2nd time. Unit works good, software is a joke and mapping the house does not work.

Incredible!!

I love me new POWERbot Turbo Robot Vacuum by Samsung. It is quick, efficient and powerful. This robot vacuum picks up more than my upright vacuum cleaner. I love that I can do my work while this little guy cleans all the floors and rugs. I actually refer to this as my butler, Sam the Butler. :-) I would highly recommend the POWERbot Turbo Robot Vacuum.

Great product

We got this vacuum to keep up with the cat hair. So far, suction power and performance is exceptional. As others mentioned, the app could be easier to use.

Great vacuum. Garbage software

Software does not control the vacuum very well at all. Better software would only increase the working value of the product

Great cleaning suction

I got my powerbot and am surprised as to the quality of materials. The controls are easy to use. The remote is also easy to understand and use. The spot cleaning feature is great just point the pointer on the remote and the powerbot goes into action. It has plenty of suction and collects way more than I thought it would. I like this

I like it so much I felt it needed a name, Oscar. Poor guy got stuck a few times but now the traps are gone and he is happy doing the floors every day. I like how quick and easy it is to empty the collection bin. It could be a bit more sensitive to obstacles in it's path.

Great vacuum!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This robot is awesome! It has great suction. My floors have never stayed this clean. I have several pets and this bot really picks up the hair! I set the timer for 6:00 a.m. and the little robot cleans my floors automatically every morning. Great product! Thanks.

I LOVE IT!!

This is my second one. The first one had something stuck in its wheel area and the wheel wouldn’t turn at the same speed as the other one. So, I bought a second one! I used to use Roomba but this model has stronger suction and it doesn’t run into things.

Great bot

This bot is great works good and is pretty smart. I had a roomba and this bot is superior over the roomba.

Needs a firmware and software update, i bought it 1 year ago, and its continue with the same poor software

No if you own an ipad

Samsung does not have an Smart Home app for Ipad only iPhone. Installing on iPhone is not user friendly.

Love the Bot!

This vac has lots of power and a good sized collection bin. It makes it easy to keep up with my long haired cats. I was always vacuuming, now the Powerbot does the work! I have a very large house and it handles it all by going back for a charge and then picking up where it left off.
