Love The BOT !!

Setup was fairly easy ,I set timer for late night cleaning, It's pretty quite didn't disturb sleep. Love the removable beater bar easy to remove pet hair , easy to empty and wipe clean Only Thing I can wish was better would be the canister is not really big enough to clean whole house without empty between rooms. Other than that it is like having a house fairy !

Almost a great product

Pros: The vacuum does a great job picking up. I appears to go into as many corners as possible. I have had this over a month. The magnetic strip works great at blocking it's path to places undesirable. I was surprised at how well it cleans under some furniture like the couch something we humans don't do well. worthless boat anchor

I bought this on the recommendations that said it was best for dog hair, since my aged (Other brand Robot Vacuum) had died. 1. the wireless 'smart home' will not connect to my Iphone 6 so the various room options are not available to me. 2. it will NOT clean within two inches of a wall, so plan on finishing the job with a broom and dustpan. 3. When left to find it's way around my house on its own it cleans the room it is in for perhaps 15 minutes then returns to base. "I''m done" well...no... ha...

High hopes, big let down.

Received this as a gift after much research. I've had several Roombas in the past. They always left me underwhelmed for vacuuming carpet but as a hardwood/tile sweeper, it was useful. I was excited to add this to our smart home as we're integrated with Samsung Smartthings. It doesn't fit in to the system well at all. Seriously? POWERbot Turbo Robot Vacuum

If you don't mind giving Samsung access to your router, your phone, and your internet account then carry on. If you want to use the app that controls most of your features you have to connect to the internet. At least that is what tech support just told me. This is unacceptable to me and Samsung should have made this offense available up front.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well, my Daughter named the vacuum copper after our street name. We love the vacuum. It cleans the floor great. I didn't even know I was so dirty. Couple of improvements I would make is better battery life and to charge faster. Also, It also still gets caught up a little bit. But these are not big things. Overall, I am glad I bought this and would recommend to everyone. It makes cleaning so much easier

Pretty amazing...

While we keep a pretty clean house, we do have a Boykin Spaniel. I was amazed when I emptied the canister the amount of dog hair and dirt that was in it. We have it set to run daily and the floors are clean when we get home from work. My allergies are better too. There is no comparison to our previous (another brand) robot that seemed to be more of a novelty than useful. Good job!

Great robotic vacuum

Cleans the whole house efficiently and in less time then it took me to do it manually!!!

Vacuum cannot find dock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a rather large u shaped house, the robot actually works great, good suction and beautiful design. However, it cannot find its docking port... I have tried moving it to different room but it doesn't help. When the battery is low and it attempts to find its home, it wonders around until the battery finally dies.

My new Housekeeper

Received my Samsung POWERbot right before Christmas ... so I will say it was MY Christmas gift to ME! (perish the thought that my relatives are going to send me something as nice as this !!! ;-) My POWERbot works great, and it appears to be more ''intelligent'' than those "other brand round robots" (It eliminates yelling at your vacuum "you missed a spot, go here, why did you stop? .... Issues with Samsung Powerbot

The big issue that I have is with the unit returning to its dock. I have watched it be within 2 feet of the dock and it watched it bounce off the opposite wall over and over. I finally have to shut it down and move it myself. This is an issue since it needs to recharge before completing its cleaning over our floors. I have tried all reset procedures with no resolve. Other owners are having the same issue. Hopefully an update is on the way.

Hoping for more

Was hoping that this would be a great product. However, it never was able to completely map our home. It got stuck in our fringe. It could find its way back to the docking station. Difficult to get to Samsung. It did clean well but am returning and trying a Roomba.

Samsung Robo vacuum

There are some of the features I can't figure out I have looked for tutorials but nothing explains them. I would like to know how to alter the room map the vacuum only recognizes 3 rooms in the house I have been taking it with the remote to find the rooms I want to be able to just schedule my cleaning

This Samsung Robot Vacuum ( #9350 ) Is Awesome!

It has superior suction, low noise levels; it’s great for kitty (3) hair and our carpet never looked as good. My wife has back problems and our Dyson animal upright does not want to move on the carpet as it has a sealed backing. This little robot works very well and cleans it’s little heart out. It is built solid and does an excellent job at cleaning. This Is The Robot Vacuum To Have! We Love It.

cost to much for what does.

Day 1 I started out with it running out charge. I had to carry back dock. Day 2 It would now go from hard wood floor onto area rug. Had to pick it up and put on rug. I then had to set it off the rug once it cleaned it Day 3 Cleaned same areas many times battery run low so manually pushed the home button. Day 4 The vacuum stayed in one 12ft by 12ft never left the room. It cleaned the until the battery had to be recharged.

Tall shag carpet

I have been looking at this vacuum for a long time and was hesitant due to our long thick shag carpet as we went through two up right vacuums because they were to hard to push on our carpet. I have 2 German Shepherd dogs that shed and this vacuum works like a champ not only does it plow through our long carpet but does a better job then our up right D ball. It is truly worth the money and does an excellent job. Plus it has a 10 year warranty how could you go wrong.

Great vacuum, BUT

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Has great cleaning abilities, suction, brush, various surfaces etc. Can't connect to phone and bot does a lot of erratic moves in auto clean. instead of long runs, it stops at various points and turns around or makes unnecessary movements.

A very smart robot

I have a reasonably small house with a lot of obstacles about. Having had another robot vacuum which failed miserably to clean the house, This one is outstanding!!! It gets in all the nooks and crannies and requires very little intervention in a 20 minute run. It has great suction and picks up tons of cat hair too. Very pleased with this product so far.

Would not work

This unit would not work. It kept getting hung up in different places and will just stop. Unit was sent back.

Good vac

Its good vac but get clogged if run too long on mef or low suction then have to tear apart to unclog vacand pet hair tend to get stuck on brush alot
